I recently visited and unfortunately, my experience was underwhelming. While the atmosphere had potential, the hookah itself was disappointing--harsh, poorly packed, and lacked flavor. I LOVE this place!!! I was in town for work and was looking for a hooka lounge. The environment was so awesome... it was a great place to relax and blow off steam (lol) I saw several couple having a great time too! The service was EXTREMELY friendly!! Above and beyond! I forgot my hotel keys around 1:45 am and didn't realize until I drove about 20 minutes away.... They called me and waited another 20 minutes for me to come back and get them. I WISH I lived closer. This is was the absolute worst Hookah lounge I have EVER been to. The flavors are gross and their hookahs are low quality and hit horribly. When I realized why I wasn't able to get a quality hit was because instead of using some kind of rubber grommet they used a damn paper napkin. My friend and I just paid and left after only being there for 30 minutes. Please see the pictures included. Maybe I was spoiled but the hookah lounges that I've been to in Chicago were palatial in comparison to here. In Chicago, we had our own table, pillows to sit in and enclosed by curtains making it more intimate. At this location, it was very clean. The owner was nice and friendly. They had excellent Turkish coffee. Service was good, constant upkeep with the charcoal. Ample parking. We had the watermelon and honey dew. The not so great thing about this place was that it would get filled with smoke inside so people would have to go outside to get fresh air. It also gets packed around midnight. They have comfy Arab styled couches for groups and smaller couches with tall dividers for smaller groups/single customers that provide privacy which I really liked. They have cool decorations throughout with TV's available, playing cards, backgammon, chess/checkers. You can come here to study and smoke or hang out with your friends. This isn't a club style hookah lounge with crazy flashing lights and club music. The owner is strict about outside drinks but they have really cool Red Bull drinks with flavored syrups. I first came here during a friends birthday and it would only be my second visit to a hookah lounge. Ever since my first trip, i've been back on and off for over a year and the service has never seemed to falter. The service is friendly as the staff always engages you in a conversation; the owner does as well. As soon as you walk in you immediately notice all the ikea furniture - unless of course you haven't been to ikea, and if you haven't i suggest you go. The fans are always circulating and the door kept wide open for the smoke to clear out. The whole room is dimmed to give you a more private setting, furniture is spaced out perfectly giving each group their own space to talk with one another. They have a wide variety of flavors to choose from and you can either choose the standard hookah which you can mix two different flavors or you can go with the exotic which is less harsh and can be shared with three friends instead of two. They also have a food selection you can order from. I have personally tried the chips and salsa which is generic, but a great snack to munch on as there is a rule of outside food. I've tried their humus which is quite delicious and it is usually served with peeta bread, though at times if they don't have it in stock they serve it with plain baked bread which i personally don't favor. I've also tried a sandwich, but have nothing really great to say about it - it's just a sandwich. Sometimes you have to urge them to bring the waters out as they sometimes forget you had ordered it. There are playing cards and board games in the front office that is available for anyone to use, but it seems the cards always run out as the patrons always have managed to snag it before my group could. I suggest bringing your own form of entertainment. The music is usually set to the mainstream sounds we're used to hearing on the radio, but is sometimes changed to middle eastern music if it's been asked by a frequent customer. All in all i've always seemed to have a good experience here and would recommend that you try it. Try the Honeydew + Mint combination, you won't be sorry. read more

The only hookah place I know that actually knows how to do an Apple Bowl correctly. I always been a fan of the clay bowls, but I suppose there is innovation for everything. People judge hookah by volume of smoke, and sure you can. I personally judge by taste, atmosphere, etc. Its not just one metric. There is a loyalty card, for every 6 visits, you get a free hookah. --WHAT SHOULD I ORDER-- 1) Hookah, personally I get guava/peach/pineapple. I can also do mint/double apple and like all the hookahs here, they all hit really well. The hookahs are clean, meaning you wont get charcoal chunks in your mouth. 2) The place offers light appetizers like hummus with some bread. Teas and soft drinks are available as well. --HOW IS THE SERVICE-- On a busy night, most of the tables are packed. Charcoal is constantly available to guests that need it. --WHAT IS THE PRICE-- Expect each person to pay about 15$-25$ at the end of the bill. The environment is different, very open, not super clean, it was quiet when I came in because it was early in the afternoon. I was seated immediately and given a menu, I wanted to pick something basic but the owner suggested something else. I went with Al Fakher watermelon mint I think. It started to hit well and smooth about 10 minutes in, coals were changed appropriately and the hookah actually lasted longer than expected without a refill or getting too harsh. This place is a bit pricier than the ones I usually go to, it was a cool place to check out.
