To make matters worse, when it was time to pay, they automatically added a service charge, and on top of that, a 3% credit card fee. This was never clearly explained upfront. That is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Between the rude management, surprise charges, and uncomfortable seating, this was a very disappointing experience.
