Eric's quote was reasonable, well thought out and easy to understand. Of the 4 bids I requested, Wire Genie came in the middle in price but Eric was heads and above in his consideration and scoping of the task whereas many other installers seemed to be guestimating effort. Eric had a number of helpful suggestions both from camera positioning to running lines for future use and he did a phenomenal job on running a POE Doorbell camera behind brickwork and only needing one access cut that, at his suggestion, we put a 2-outlet blank faceplate over for future access/maintenance if needed. Initially after he gave me a quote, I thought it was expensive and shopped around. but I quickly learned that no one else could do it any cheaper or was wven willing to take this unique job. additionally, he was willing to come out very promptly, whereas another local locksmith I communicated with was hard to get a hold of and slow to respond. Needless to say, I realized Mister Key's quote was fair and I hired them! John found hardware to fit with the existing faceplates and installed it for us quickly!
