The worst most disgusting boba I've ever had. All the fruity drinks tasted like water. I ordered the Pea Tea, Twilight Lychee and the Passionade. Every single drink had no flavor even after I brought it to the server's attention to remedy the situation. Still no flavor. I also got the Viet Coffee which was the only drink that tasted like it was supposed to but even that coffee drink wasn't very good quality. this boba spot has the most amazing unique drinks! it's always so hard to choose!! the range of drinks is unlike any other shop. if you're looking to try something new, i would definitely recommend to visit. so far, i've enjoyed trying something new each time. i got the oreo cream cheese black sugar boba milk and it really satisfied the sweet tooth i had! the worker was also very helpful in providing some recommendations. it is located in a large plaza, so there is plenty of parking. the inside is spacious as well, with seating options! i knocked down one star because i've noticed that my drinks have been consistently coming out a little on the warmer side. at first i thought it was because of maybe the boba, but my sister and mom's drinks also seemed warm. and it wasn't just on this visit. it defeats the purpose of wanting a refreshing drink especially during the summer heat. next time i might ask for more ice maybe? read more

I've been debating on whether or not I should post this review, but I think maybe it'll be helpful for the owner or what to possibly expect on your visit. I have been to this facility a good amount of times and will agree that the drinks are good, but the service is not that great. I go back for the drinks but I dread having to order, the staff is not as friendly as you'd think and sort of make you feel dumb. One person in particular that I have noticed is ALWAYS rude and not very friendly towards customers, so I have even waited for someone else to take my order (it seems like they switch off every so often). Ive been here many times and it was a hit the first time and whenever we're in the area we make sure to stop by. However I will say that sometimes the drinks are not made to the standard of when I first tried it and other times it's perfect. Sometimes there's barely any banana pudding on the matcha and other times there's a good amount! There's also been times when the matcha was not mixed in well and specks were at the bottom I guess it depends on who makes it but everyone should know and follow a recipe! I've tried the cookies and the times I've had them they were not soft felt more like been sitting out hard. The service could definitely use some help and more training most the time you walk in and no one greets you but they are all there in view then you're just standing at the cashier after looking over the menu and smiling waiting there to be helped. My new go-to matcha spot! I love their banana pudding matcha and Biscoff matcha. Seating is limited and tends to fill up pretty quickly. They also have boba that you can add into any of the drinks. Just went there after all the hype on social media. Be prepared for a long wait. We waited about 30 minutes for our drinks and you could tell that they are not ready for the crowd and understaffed . Most of the desserts are out of stock by the time you get there and a lot of the drinks and toppings were out of stock. Again, I don't think they're prepared for the volume. The service was nice as the person in charge of being cashier recommended how I should order my drink and what to add. The place is aesthetically pleasing with its plants and theme. Ordered the Blood Dragon and Cream Brulee with boba. Boba was good. Not too sweet but tender and slightly chewy. The Cream Brulee tasted like creme brulee in liquid form. They even burn a thin layer of granulated sugar on top of the cream. By the time you finish drinking it's likely at the bottom as a dessert . The Blood Dragon was okay. We ordered 75% sweetness and it wasn't too sweet. This drink is a little thicker but not as thick as a milkshake. If you like purple rice desserts then this is your drink. Note: Most of their tea base have a slight floral note. We also got a Strawberry Cheesecake Ice cream Nutella. The ice cream didn't really taste like strawberry cheesecake or even strawberry. But the waffle was decent. We still enjoyed it. Friendly staff and they fixed an issue with our order with no hesitation. They definitely want their customers to enjoy their drinks. They have a nice variety of drinks, and we all tried something different. -Rose earl grey milk tea with boba at 25% sweetness: my mom really enjoyed this! It seems like 25% sweetness was just right for her. -Ube milk tea with boba and oatmilk at 25% sweetness: my sister seemed to really enjoy this one as well! -Vietnamese coffee with ube cream and boba at 75% sweetness: my partner and I really enjoyed the flavors in this drink, but we'd definitely get it at 50% sweetness next time. I really do enjoy BLTea. I love that their drinks are made to order without artificial flavors and such. My most recent visit I tried drinks from their mango series. Mango uji which is green tea with mango purée. Once the drink is mixed it has a nice green color with mango flavor. Talk about a delicious drink combination. As a milk tea addict, here's my quick review. The place is clean and feels like the outdoor section of a furniture store which certainly gives off a vibe. The service counter is right in front of the door and the menu a little obtuse but workable for what it is. As for the drinks, I'm only going to talk about the crème brulee milk tea. This drink is delicious with boba pearls, brown sugar, custard, and sugar burned on top. This really is just a crème brulee but in milk tea form and it's delicious. Found this place off of tik tok and the people that posted about this place made it seem so good. It was local and I had to try it out. I ordered the strawberry cha cha drink and the barista told me to upgrade to a better tasting matcha (so I did). The drink looked absolutely delicious with all the colors and the strawberry puree at the bottom. This was probably one of the worst matcha drinks that I've ever had, it literally had no taste to it. I had mixed the drink around a lot, maybe it needs to be blended a little bit. I even waited a little on the drive home to let the drink settle and maybe the flavors need to settle after mixing it. But nope, I was bamboozled by the people off of tik tok and I wasted $8 for this drink. I've had great matcha from Vietnamese coffee spots, so I have a little bit of experience in the matcha realm. Super cute boba shop tucked WAY inside a shopping center. Loved the stylish interior with lots of lush green plants. Person at the counter who was helping us was very friendly. I was a little bummed to not see the usual large selection of boba flavored drinks I'm used too at most boba places, but I was still excited to give them a try! I ordered a matcha latte with oat milk and boba. I got a viet coffee boba drink for my husband. You are able to to modify the sweetness of their drinks, however the only milk alternative they have is oat milk so keep that in mind. My matcha latte didn't have a super strong flavor and I wish it was colder (I asked for it blended, but it still was on the warm side). The boba is a lot more soft and less chewy than I prefer. My husband enjoyed the viet coffee, though he found it to be really sweet even with taking down the sweetness to 25%. They had some interesting looking iced teas I would come back and try, but I don't think this would be my first stop next time I have a boba craving. SUPER friendly service!
