Stopped by here for my tea fix of the day. I had their earl gray milk tea with sea salt cream. Milk tea was good with strong tea flavor. I just wished their sea salt cream was thick and creamy like other boba places. Their sea salt cheese foam did not taste good because it was lacking cheese flavor and i think it was rather a whipped cream topping instead of a whipped cheese topping. It was disappointing to add and pay extra fee for sea salt cheese to my milk tea. They also offer sweet desserts as well. Friendly staff and this place is clean and modern with decors inside. I was really looking forward to a solid boba fix, but this was a massive disappointment. The boba itself was completely stale and hard on the inside, which usually means it's been sitting out for way too long. Worse than the texture was the flavor. The pearls had a bitter taste to them, almost like they weren't rinsed properly or were contaminated by whatever cleaning agent was used on the equipment. Service: I never had a bad experience with the service and the drinks always come out so good and perfect. Even when we adjust or customize the drinks they still make it good. Drinks: They add real ingredients on their drinks and use high quality matcha. It doesn't taste like a really processed drink or like an artificial/fake matcha. The seasonal drinks are also so creative and never disappoint. Pastries: The cookies taste homemade and fresh. They always come up with cool recipes and unique flavors that you normally don't see in other cafes. The ferrero ranchero cookie was my personal favorite. Biscoff earl grey milk 5/5, not too sweet, excellent temperature not too hot and was able to drink immediately, thick foam on top, tastes primarily of earl grey w cinnamon and vanilla, traces of biscoff, mainly in foam Matcha-misu 4.5/5, this was soft and creamy with a ladyfingers hidden on the bottom. The matcha flavor is really present throughout though it's a bit rich in sweetness. Smoky Hot Chocolate 3.5/5, I wanted to love this. The hot chocolate is standard itself and it's covered with a very thick marshmallow layer that I had thought was foam but is actually super thick marshmallow top. A nice, well-lit environment. The only issue I had was after placing an order through Yelp with a 30min wait time, I drove there 10 minutes after the ETA given via Yelp and was told they hadn't received my order. They scrambled a bit to see what the issue was, asked if I ordered through DoorDash or something else.
