They arrived a little late, but also stayed longer than the estimated time to ensure things were taken care of. They brought all cleaning supplies. Cleaner never showed up, and didn't even notice us, don't book them ever, or you will be sooo frustrated, they suck so much. We waited for 6 hours and wasted so much time and energy and they changed the time twice, and in the end never showed up, without even telling us why. Very unprofessional and tried to call the company, nobody picked up. We then called Amazon (we booked through Amazon Home Services), Amazon told us the Blossom Cleans just removed themselves from the service, and we were shocked, never seen such unprofessional services in my life. Absolutely, highly recommend hiring Blossom Cleans NYC for your home. I tried a lot of other cleaners in the city, and none are as great or trustworthy as BC is! I am a total perfectionist, and BC is the best of the best and the only people I would trust in my home! I just had my first cleaning with Blossom Cleans this weekend and I am extremely happy. The company is excellent about returning contacts and extremely easy to work with regarding your specified cleaning preferences and/or how you like your cleaned home left. More important, the cleaning itself was excellent. On top of that, I was out of town when the cleaning took place and without asking, was texted post-cleaning photos so I could visually confirm everything I'd wanted was done! I had a mixed experience with them. I booked an appointment for my apartment which needed a very deep cleaning; Dacia did a great job. Booked a second one and was again very happy with the service. However, I tried to book a third appointment and the cleaner did not show up. I was not notified. I called and re-booked for an early Sunday morning; I got up early for the appointment and again the cleaner did not show. Once again, no notification. I called and left a message with the company's answering service; I was assured Dacia would call me back "after church." I did not receive a call or email; no apology or attempt to reschedule. I am very unhappy with the customer service and will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Highly recommended and certified woman owned... ! I needed a deep clean on the house as we are thinking of putting our place on the market, 4 cats, lots of dust, we've removed a lot of clutter, so stuff was all over.. I am good at cleaning, but just too busy, and always want it done the way I do it... Blossom Cleans surpassed my expectations. They really do a GREAT job. My tub and oven were really sparkling (!)
