The petite orchids are pitiful looking and not like it was pictured on your website. I bought two orders of flowers and signed up for one subscription. The first set of flowers came on time and the quality was adequate. The second set of flowers were not delivered in seven days so I sent an email asking for my money to be refunded and all subscriptions to be cancelled. The customer service ignored that and just responded when they would be delivered which they were the next day. Next month I received the subscription that I asked to be cancelled and the flowers wilted in three days. Upon speaking to their customer service today and when I explained the two issues I had, I was given an that all flowers come from another continent and that lead time is the same as every other company. When I inquired why I my direction to cancel my subscription was blatantly ignored they simply said sorry didn't see it. Once they realized I was going to cancel, they offered no replacement or refund. Clearly BloomsyBox does not stand by their product, service or have any interest in their brand. They only are interested in customers if they can make future profit of them. Very poor customer service and the product is sub par. Even though they were put in water immediately upon receipt, the bouquets each lasted 2-3 days. This is really disappointing and kind of embarrassing, since it was a gift for someone else. She lives in LA, so it wasn't some remote location where shipping impacted the flowers in some way. In reading some reviews, I see that some people were thrilled with each delivery. I ordered the Christmas Marvel Premium for myself and a friend. The description on their website says that it "is the ultimate bouquet for the holidays! Featuring graceful white double lilies, deep red roses, and white mini-calla lilies framed by striking green monstera leaves, this bouquet is like no other." It was delivered on the day I wanted it in a well protected box. The flowers were stunning! After arranging them in a vase I couldn't help but sit back and stare at this beautiful bouquet I just put together. I have ordered many flowers from local and national flower organizations, but this one is seriously the most beautiful I have ever seen. I also ordered a 3 month subscription and know that each month I will have something truly beautiful to get me through the Minnesota winter. And by the way, 10 days after my bouquet arrived it looks even more spectacular as all the flowers are in full bloom! My house smells heavenly. My daughter began giving me a monthly Bloomsybox subscription for Christmas 3 or 4 years ago. The first year was wonderful! I often took pictures of the bouquets and sent them to my daughter to show how beautiful they were and how thankful I was for her gift. The quality of the bouquets and the customer service has gone steadily downhill each year. The bouquets are no better than an inexpensive bouquet at the grocery store. I haven't seen a lily in forever and portions of every bouquet are often damaged, drooping or dead. They've sent me exotic bouquets that are so dark, dreary and just plain ugly. One actually had baby bananas in it! Who wants to display baby bananas in a vase!! My current bouquet has dark red roses in it and the ugliest fillers! The colors are not "summery" at all. I would NEVER have purchased such an ugly bouquet on my own. I have contacted customer service for various legitimate reasons over the years and only got responses during the first year. Now my emails go completely unanswered. I have instructed my daughter not to give me another Bloomsybox subscription this Christmas. We will investigate other options. Ordered flowers for a very special occasion and asked for flowers to be delivered that day. They never arrived and customer service rep wasn't helpful. Then fiancee got them a week later dead and most were off of the stems. Replacement flowers were supposed to be delivered a week later but on that date only a label had been created and then shipment was cancelled without a word from the company. I purchased the 3 month plant subscription for my wife for Mother's Day. It was over $200 so I was expecting some larger and unique plants for ~$66 per plant. I was so disappointed when we got her first box to find a small common white orchid that my local grocery store sells for $15-20. The bright side is they cancelled my subscription and refunded me for the remaining 2 plants. I was the lucky recipient of a Bloomsy bouquet for my recent birthday. Unfortunately delivery was scheduled during the recent major snow and ice storms that crippled the nation. My flowers arrived about 5 days late after waiting in Memphis while the trucks were stranded. They were a little droopy but still beautiful! I didn't complain; who could, given the real tragedies occurring in Texas. Imagine my surprise when I received a second delivery of the same bouquet! Super fresh and much appreciated. If I could give less than one star I would. My husband purchased a monthly roses package for me for Xmas. 4 of the 7 months so far have had significant problems. There is literally no way to contact customer service; they don't answer the phone. Emails are met with an auto generated response that they will follow up, but they don't. The flowers arrive in a cardboard box with no water and are in transit for anywhere from 3 - 5 days. There is little chance that they can arrive fresh or alive. There is so much wrong with this business that the details would take up pages. Buy your flowers elsewhere. There are plenty of good recommendations for similar services out there, including buying local. read more

I rarely give bad reviews but this company is one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. Their product is lacking. I purchased the NYBG subscription for my wife for Christmas 2022. The first delivery was ok with some dead flowers but not terrible. The following months since then there has been only 1 month that was delivered as expected. Most were delivered half dead or 3-5days late. The company made good and replaced the orders but those too were not of the quality I would expect. I was told by a BloomsyBox customer rep that this happens when the flowers come from South America and that she is switching my flowers to be fulfilled from the US to avoid customs and other logistic delays. Being as unhappy I decided to cancel the subscription after the 3rd quarter (9months) of deliveries. I spoke with an Agent on the phone after trying repeatedly to call and having the phone system drop calls or just hang-up and never transfer. I also emailed several times which all went un-answered. After speaking to the Agent in July and explaining the reasons for cancelling and receiving the final month credited back to be, I was surprised when several hours later the agent called me back to blame me for the issues and that my expectations were too high and that it is normal for overnight shipments to take 3-5 days or more to be delivered. She also accused me of making the company switch to domestic sourcing of the flowers and that I should have known that those flowers still came from South America but were sitting even longer which is why the quality suffered. My last delivery came the next day (11days after the order was generated) and was the wrong bouquet. It was not the tropical NYBG subscription. She apologized and offered to send the correct bouquet. 30 Minutes later, she calls back to argue with me and again accuse me that I made them switch to the US fulfillment in February and that is why I got the wrong bouquet because the tropical bouquet has to come from Ecuador or Columbia. I was completely taken aback. I could not believe that after I had cancelled the month before due to quality and customer service issues that this agent was brash enough to call me and blame me for their lack of quality and service. After 5 minutes of her arguing with me she asked if I still wanted the replacement bouquet. I told her to either send it or credit my account but to never contact me again as it was harassment the way she was calling me to accuse me of causing the problem. They lost me as a customer due to the quality of their product and service. I would have left quietly as they did try to properly fix the issue by replacing the products. However, the harassment is why I am writing this review to warn ALL potential customers to beware of this company's product quality and in my opinion the worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Just wanted to give a heads up on the Flower Renewal. Ordered a 3 month prepayment package and the first flowers were beautiful, 2nd were OK, but 3rd delivery the flowers were very droopy. Then got a 4th delivery - thought it was a mistake, only to find out they did an automatic renewal. Did not see anywhere that permission was given to do an automated renewal - Not Happy! However, Dannie was very helpful and pleasant when called to assist us in de-activating the account. We received an annual subscription as a gift from my in laws and it is the worst gift we ever received. We have a cat and lilies are highly toxic and lethal to cats. We have received lilies in nearly every box and have asked them FOUR TIMES TO STOP SENDING LILIES. Each time their customer service reps apologize and say that they will note our account to stop sending lilies. Each time they offer a replacement bouquet and something different than what they offered shows up. Last time they promised roses, but I received bent and broken sunflowers instead. These people are incompetent, irresponsible, and I hope they go out of business. We have forbidden them from ever sending us anything again. I ordered a bouquet for Mother's Day (5/9) and after ordering we were told that it would be delivered between 5/3 and 5/7. On 5/8 we were told that the order was delayed and, while shipped out on 5/4, it wouldn't be delivered until 5/13 (after Mother's Day). While the shipping issue was probably FedEx or UPS issue it is still the responsibility of BloomsyBox, not the purchaser, to deal with the issue. Today I was told by BloomsyBox that the shipment was lost. I was given the option to refund or send another. Given the fact that a Mother's Day gift would then be arriving a week later I expected that BloomsyBox would compensate with a cost reduction or immediate express delivery. I indicated as much and was told that all they could do was resend or refund. I think, under the circumstances, they could have made more of an effort to make up for their failure and the fact that my mom had not give for Mother's Day!! I ultimately opted for the refund and went with another vendor to re-order. I was willing to pay the other vendor more rather than give my business to BloomsyBox. read more
