they are stunning! took a whole day for them ALL to bloom. not a single one looks dead or "rough". im so impressed! i always worry about ordering stuff online, especially flowers. but THIS!!! I'll definitely be buying more flowers from here in the future. even the shipping! i was shooook! literally came in the next day (which I selected). which I'm assuming is why I was charged like $20 for shipping which kind of sucked. but it was neat that it actually came in next day. like wow! i was even more surprised that they had what I wanted which was white tulips and only white tulips. so that was a huge plus. so I'd say this was a great experience. one thing I would like to mention is FedEx didn't deliver it to my actual house. they just left the box at the bottom of the hill with all the mailboxes. I did call and report it because that's just not right, but that's not this company's fault it was 100% FedEx's fault for being lazy. read more

this is a Christmas gift from my son. for the next several months I will receive a shipment of flowers. we got the fist ones around Christmas and they didn't last very long. Flopped over and wilted long before the next shipment arrived. The next shipment arrived and they died just as quickly. I called customer service. They were pleasant and shipped me out another bouquet when they seen we would have warmer weather. The concern was that the extreme cold got to the flowers. Those came in two days ago and the roses are looking droopy. I'm giving your starts for customer service response and the listening ear but so far I'm Thinking this might not be as enjoyable as I thought. I ordered the bi-weekly subscription. My first bouquet was beautiful, but they only lasted three days which was disappointing. I wasn't expecting much better from the second bouquet but I was pleasantly surprised. They were also beautiful, and two weeks in counting most blooms are still alive and look good. I just received my third order, and a couple of the roses were snapped close to the bud so we're not salvageable. The same thing happened to a stem with closed buds. The assortment itself is very beautiful like the other deliveries. I'll continue the subscription for a few weeks longer, and then I might try another company, but I do like the flowers I have received so far bar the few mishaps. read more

Once a month, I am fortunate enough to receive a Bloomsybox bouquet. The flowers are always fresh and bouquet full and beautiful. Pictures don't do these flowers justice. I am always so delighted when they open the box. Each month the flowers are different and seasonably appropriate. I always place the flowers in my kitchen on the main table. What is truly so wonderful is just as I start to walk into the room I can smell the fresh flowers. And then I see them. So pretty and lovely. I would never go any place else to get flowers. Very positive experience with Bloomsybox. The selection of flowers is top notch. I am sure if I were to purchase similar bouquets from a local florist I would pay much more, so the value is there! For one delivery, I have been using this service for about 6 months, a few of the flowers were badly damaged. I took a picture and sent it to customer service, they replied within a day & replaced the bouquet which was far more than I expected. The only issue with having flowers delivered in a box (which is always securely packaged) is, you need to be home and unpack the flowers ASAP.
