I looked into highly rated flower boutiques with websites you could order from (more challenging than you would think) and he took a look to see which bouquet he liked best. Ordering was simple, we received an email confirmation of the delivery, and she received the beautiful bouquet without a hitch. While the flower arrangement had really only a passing likeness to what we ordered (different box, mostly different flowers) it was beautiful. The white, pink, and orange flowers were gorgeous. In speaking to another florist, certain flowers are currently very hard to source with the pandemic, so personally we didn't mind the change - she loved the final product. All in all, we would absolutely use Fleur Flower Boutique again!

Kate & Kevin are a husband & wife local business that provide the highest quality customer service and freshest flowers. After I initially emailed, Kate created a fabulous mood board that captured all of the colors and flower choices. Then a few weeks later I visited the shop and Kate walked me through everything. I felt totally comfortable with all of Kate's recommendations to stay within my budget! The wedding day came and Kate came into the room with all of the bridal bouquets. My jaw dropped and I literally started to cry. They were more gorgeous than I could have imaged. Truly, they exceeded all expectations. Throughout the day I then saw everything else - the gorgeous chuppah (which Kate & Kevin set up themselves), the groomsmen boutonnieres and my bridal comb. Every single thing was so beyond gorgeous. When I reflect on the top vendors we used in our wedding, KNK is at the very top of the list. They are 10/10 and I could not recommend them more!!

After a few minutes, I saw a bug crawling out of it. Then another one and then another few. Not sure what type of bug but it looked like a semi small roach or earwig. It had wings. The flower store was contacted by the person who purchased them for me and they were treated terribly. Not only were they accused of lying, the staff did not want to fix the problem. Most flower stores I deal with work immediately to rectify the issue, always placing customers first. The only reason I gave three stars is because the flowers were presented nicely. I've never had bugs in flower arrangements. Very odd. And not impressed with customer service.
