The way the process works is that a customer brings a photo that can then be modeled into a three dimensional design. The customer can then choose the crystal shape and size. This laser technology transforms any 2D picture into a 3D that will be etched onto the crystal. This innovative way of preserving an image came from Germany and now can easily be purchased at the mall. Atmosphere The setup was incredibly detailed and immersive. From Monica's iconic purple apartment to Central Perk, every corner was designed to make you feel like you were part of the gang. The attention to detail was amazing, and it was so much fun to see props and costumes from the show up close. Interactive Elements One of the best parts of the experience was the interactive elements. My friends, husband, and I had a blast and laughed so much throughout the evening recreating iconic scenes like Ross's "PIVOT!" moment on the staircase or lounging on the orange couch at Central Perk.
