    The piece of shit you shouldn't buy

    Ok I'm editing because if you have the key fob problem, DISCONNECT THE BATTERY UNDER THE PASSENGER SEAT. The tow truck driver wouldn't take the car unless it was shut off. THATS WHY WE CALLED. So we figured out how to disconnect the battery and reconnect. And then, we DIDNT NEED THE TOW TRUCK. It's still going to the dealership to be fixed, but I waited 3 hours for a tow truck. Maybe I can help you, since the service department at Bloomington Jeep won't. I'm stuck in a parking lot because my key fob is frozen and it won't drive, turn off, respond. It's a lease, a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and we've had nothing but PROBLEMS with the key fob, the system in general. But now, here with my Son stuck, I called the number +1 (952) 522-4986, and told them I was stuck. And when he said my ONLY OPTION was a tow truck? I got MAD! I said "F that!" Not abbreviated. And they hung up, and refused to answer after that. I wanted to know how to disconnect the battery, I would try that first. But they left me there on the road, refusing to answer. DONT BUY FROM THEM. What a weasel. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE. I mean, look at the reviews. We obviously should have before we came here. THANKS FOR NOTHING, SERVICE GUY.

    Our experience buying with Ali, pronounced like Muhammad Ali, today was 5 stars! He was professional, sincere, and not too chatty. We came in knowing the exact car we wanted so that probably helped too. The free lifetime unlimited warranty 5 stars! The finance department, I would give 3 stars. We came in with a pre-approval from chase for a loan but they said they had to resubmit several times, one of those times was definitely my fault but then they said chase ultimately declined the loan. My issue was after the loan decline, they ran my moms credit through another bank without asking for her prior consent. We had only applied externally through chase, not internally with a loan application. While we got a great car, the bank switch felt shady. Finance left us sitting there at the salesmen's desk and the lounge for 60 minutes without any play by play regarding chase or the other bank, we were there, in person! We ultimately got a quality car, advertised exactly as it should be for a fair price, which is what we were looking for, I just wish finance would have had better communication and had discussed the bank switch idea with us.

    Walked in with a suggestion pricing on what I wanted and could apples. Sales man says we don't negotiate. Conversation ended there.

    Do not take your vehicle there!!! They will quote you 24/48 hours to complete service & it will take 6 days!

    never have had a good experience. 30 days out for a diagnostic test. not sure why anyone would buy another vehicle from them.

    My experience finalizing my vehicle purchase with Bill Long was disappointing and did not reflect…read morethe level of professionalism I expect from a dealership. Bill was not well-informed about the work completed on the vehicle and was unable to clearly answer several of my questions. He also would not incorporate the cost of a second key into the purchase price -- something that should be standard in any vehicle sale. After I completed financing, there was minimal follow-up. Bill later texted that he had intended to come outside to congratulate me, but that did not occur. The dealership was not busy at the time. I also drove off the lot with less than a quarter tank of gas, which suggested a lack of attention to basic details. The rental car company was located just five minutes from the dealership. Rather than driving me there to return it at the time of purchase, Bill instructed me to leave it in Acura's lot with the keys at the front desk, assuring me the rental company would retrieve it the next day. That representation was incorrect. I had to take additional time off work to return to the dealership, and only then was I driven to the rental location -- which is what should have been arranged from the outset. For the second key, I was told the technician is available only during a two-hour window on Friday mornings and that the process would take 15-20 minutes. I was first in line when I arrived, yet the technician had not arrived, and I ultimately waited over an hour -- significantly longer than stated. Collectively, these issues point to a lack of preparation, coordination, and accountability. While I had an excellent experience working with Ilena Garcia, my final interactions with Bill diminished my overall confidence in the dealership's customer service standards. Based on this experience, I will not return for future service and would not recommend the dealership to others.

    I've been coming here for a couple years for service since I moved. I am ready to drive a little…read morefurther away to avoid these guys. I do not trust them at all with servicing my car, being honest, or respecting my time. Most recently I had an appointment for a free battery check because there seemed to be a couple electrical things going on. I wanted to rule out the battery. I told them what I had been noticing and what was not working. Sure enough they said it failed a battery test. (Mind you I had been in recently and it had passed then). $500 to replace the battery and guess what the actually issues I was having persist. Clearly the battery was not the problem. Before the service appointment I received a call which I answered as I assumed it was related to the appointment. Nope, just one of their sales people trying to "buy" my car aka sell me a new one. Wasting my time while I was at work. I told him I liked my car and not interested. I'm still getting spam emails from them trying to "buy" my car. These might seem minor and maybe like I just have some trust issues. Except the last time I was in they put my tires on wrong and let me leave with burning rubber and the car vibrating. The smell was horrendous. At first I thought it was a dirty rag they left but it got progressively worse as I tried to go home. To fix it they replaced the perfectly good tires they ruined but who knows what other damage they did. Not sure if it's the mechanics or the guy trying to sell me services that shouldn't be done like rotating my rotational tires.

    I love this place!!!…read more It's now an 'O'Reilly Auto Parts' (at least two years now). These people are great! This time I got both an engine and cabin air filter for less than $40 whereas the Dealership wanted $128 for the same two filters. Garret, the associate helping me, was awesome. He actually put in the two filters for me (it was my first time doing it on this vehicle) and they didn't charge me anything. I tried to give him a tip but he wouldn't accept (OMG what incredible service.). They also offer free electrical testing, free wiper blade installation, free check engine light testing, free recycling of parts, and will loan you tools to install parts, if needed! What a great place! Thank you Garr. 2019 update: I came in again and like before they were super helpful and helped me install new blades. A great place to go!

We asked for spark plugs and he didn't even suggest which brand to go with. I didn't feel welcomed by J.R. His co-worker on the other hand (Michael I believe his name was) was assisting another customer and that interaction sounded dope. He was tuned in to the customer and was very resourceful! The store itself can receive 5 stars everyday. my experience today though was a 2 star, pushing 1 because one employee acted as if we ruined his day.
