Az Leak Pros has been out to my home and my parents home for different pool concerns and have addressed each one of the issues in a timely manner. From friendly scheduling with Bianca to the exceptional service by Daniel and his team, I am confident that my pool is always operating how it should. My first experience with AZ Leak Pros was that they located a complicated leak under many other pipes and repaired it in the same day. As they repaired one pipe another leak showed so they repaired that one as well until all plumbing was 100 percent solid and leak proof. They did the job from start to finish and worked until the sun went down to make sure it was entirely completed. Then, I most recently wanted to add a feature to my pool and Daniel was the only one that understood what I wanted to do. He simplified the existing plumbing so that the pool is operating better than before. Not only is it operating efficiently and leak free but now I am able to turn on a water feature with just one touch of my app on the phone. Bianca runs the show and answered all of my questions beforehand . She was able to schedule a same day visit and then was patient with me as I had come down with Covid and was out of commission for a couple of weeks. I wanted a full remodel, Deck, Pebble Tec, and Tile. Jake explained the process and gave me a competitive quote. This was on Wednesday, he started the project on Friday, two days later. The job was completed in less than nine days. He kept every promise and did a fantastic job. His crews were professional, courteous, very knowledgeable and cleaned up after each day of work. I can't say how impressed I was by his team. This is the way you always dream of a project to go, but there are always problems and delays. They also failed to properly backwash the pool multiple times and just pushed all the water/dirt into the street. I am also attaching pictures of the chemical staining that was caused in our pool because they failed to properly regulate the chemicals. We just had our pool resurfaced in January, so it's been very disappointing/expensive to have to deal with this issue. Jake (owner) consistently talked down to my husband and I when we brought these issues forward. He refused to take any responsibility, even though he had been the only company to service the pool since October. He initially blamed us for the chemical issues, and when we informed him that we never added anything because we had trusted his company to take care of things, he went so far as to ask us if we have a security camera in our backyard so he could verify that. Extremely unacceptable and insulting to treat customers who just spent $15,000 with your company to have your pool resurfaced. He then blamed the water, even though all of Gilbert has the same water, so they should already know how to work with it. We have not used our pool for a month now, because they fumbled around to try a chemical treatment, which, of course, didn't work. We are now having to have the pool completely drained and acid washed in hopes of getting most of the staining off, with a new company. We also found out that there has been a stopper in our main skimmer that was preventing it from working 100%, there are two pieces missing from our pool vac, as well as the hose they installed with the vacuum being too short to completely clean the pool. Overall a terrible experience. If i could give a zero, I would.

We received their quote on April 6th, their first day of work was April 9th, with startup on April 27th. In that time, they demoed the substandard work and replaced it with a stunningly beautiful tile install, then acrylic lace, then pebble. (The only thing that was salvageable from the previous pool company was the chip out and waterline tile.) That's 21 days from quote through pool startup. Amazing! Wonderful communication throughout (thank you Debbie). What they said would happen, schedule-wise, happened - every time. The price was fair, the work was excellent, and their project management was top notch. In this day of broken promises and substandard work, KV Pools is a shining star.
