I spoke with Jessica to inquire about the company. She was so polite and helpful. She answered all my questions; and helped me with details for my imaging order. On the the day of the test, Ariely was also very helpful and courteous at registration. The facility has an open MRI and it was very comfortable. The machine is not as loud and/or enclosed as the one I had at a local hospital. The MRI Technician - Jerry - was absolutely outstanding! His patient care skills is top-notched! I'm from a medical family; and Jerry makes you feel at ease immediately. Furthermore, he clarified my initial questions regarding the imaging order details, both from my PCP and ENT, respectively. I purchased a groupon which was to include a consultation and treatment…read more I went to the consultation where I met with a very NON-PERSONABLE doctor who told me I had some issues which would require several treatments - turned out he was completely WRONG and I did not go back for further treatment. In the meantime though I did pay for the Groupon which was to cover the consult - I received a bill totaling over $1200 for consult and ultra sound!!! I fought not to pay and I DID NOT!! Dr. Taylor and his team were incredibly kind to me when I visited them…read more I went to their location as a new patient for a gynecological concern. Up until that point, I'd visited four different doctors for my medical issue and I was met with reactions varying from indifference to directly asking me if I was "making it up". Dr. Taylor and his team were the only ones who took my concerns seriously and actually listened to me. His on-duty clinical student (from Depaul University) was attentive and took notes on all the previous solutions I had tried that hadn't worked, and they did a vaginal swab test at my request. And lo and behold, I had a UTI! What I was describing to other doctors and the pain I was experiencing was not enough for them to believe me. But it only took one test from Dr. Taylor and one antibiotic prescription from him for me to get better. I'm incredibly grateful to Dr. Taylor and his team for actually listening to me and giving me faith in the medical system again.

He found a cyst and drained it. He was very professional. He didn't touch me inappropriately and he was quick with the procedure. I'm glad I didn't listen to the bad reviews.
