They said they would locate them and fax them over. They literally took care of it within 15 minutes and my doctor was able to review these notes during my appointment which saved me time and a follow up appointment. Thank you!

She said there might be an 11 and another receptionist chimed in and said if she doesn't come between 10.45 and 11 you can have that appointment. I waited and went to the desk, it was 11.02 and someone walked in and checked in. I asked if I can still have the 11, she said that the appointment came and I can't. I asked why her previous statement did not apply and she remarked I didn't even have an appointment. Overall this was a very unnerving and unprofessional experience. If someone in their office makes an error they should own up to it instead of deflecting accountability. Hopefully Illinois Masonic will yield better experiences in the future.

The machine is not as loud and/or enclosed as the one I had at a local hospital. The MRI Technician - Jerry - was absolutely outstanding! His patient care skills is top-notched! I'm from a medical family; and Jerry makes you feel at ease immediately. Furthermore, he clarified my initial questions regarding the imaging order details, both from my PCP and ENT, respectively. I am now 65 and can't afford the $390 concierge fee and am looking for a new facility for my mamogram. I am disappointed that he is my third Northwestern Memorial doctor that has skipped down the road to become a concierge doctor. I have other specialists at University of Chicago Med, they never do this, only the NWM doctors go this route. I know he is the best and hires the best x-ray techs (never cause me pain). By reducing his patient population, I seriously hope he is able to help breast cancer patients that need constant imaging.

It was dingy, didn't feel very clean, and the tech was not nice and seemed rushed and agitated the whole time. I went to get a RMR test. I haven't been on a scale in a long time, so one would figure they would have a scale in the facility (seeing that this is all about your body weight, etc). She said they don't have one, but asked me if I could give her an estimate. I said no because its been a long time, and besides I want it as accurate as possible. She then begrudgingly and very rudely , put me on the Dexascan to get my weight. It was about 20 pounds off. (I went to my neighbors after the test to use her accurate scale) So she figured the results based on that inaccurate entry of my weight. She was rushed the whole time, and kept saying she has another client! It wasn't my fault. I got there 10 minutes early! For a bit during the test, I was uncomfortable with breathing, and she pretty much raised her voice and said "Cant help that!".. with no understanding of course! Anyway, waste of time and money! Maybe other locations are better, but this one was not up to par!
