On my second trip, I was told to come back because the manager was not on the premises. (Why they were unable to use the phone and call for assistance is still a mystery.) On my final trip, the saleswoman once again informed me that the manager was not on the premises also letting me know she did not know how to do the transaction required, and became defensive and belligerent... It was a simple return. Why would a manager leave someone in charge who was so obviously unqualified to do the job? Three negative experiences were more than enough to convince me to find an alternative shipper and supplier.

I ended up calling and leaving a message with some questions before booking and was promptly texted back a response. I booked online through their portal and hoped for the best. On the day of my move (Labor Day), I received a text message saying their ETA. It was about 30 minutes after the original scheduled time but I appreciated the text with the update! The two gentlemen who came by to help with the move are fast and super efficient. They seriously know how to pack. I was worried we wouldn't fit our things in a 16' POD, but they managed to fit 85% of our stuff in about half of the POD. They are efficient and pleasant and good at their jobs. On 8/17/18 they moved me from a 2 BR townhouse to a 3 BR apartment on the second and third floor of a house. Making the appointment on their website was easy and clear. As they state, they do not come with a truck. They showed up on time and started working immediately. They were efficient and ridiculously hard working in the 90 degree humid day we had. They loaded the truck to maximize space and protect my belongings. These guys worked at full speed and energy the whole time and did not stop until every single box was unloaded. These guys are professional and much more affordable than all the other companies I received quotes from.
