Busina came to our house to put her down because it was too difficult for us to try to get in in the truck to bring her to the doctor.

I would give them 100 stars if i could. I cannot say enough good about them considering the fact…read morethey saved my little furry baby. Dr. French is by far the most caring, wonderful, amazing vet I have ever come across. My Gracie (6 year old "puppy") was very anemic and we couldn't figure out why and Dr. French referred us to an internal specialist. After she was diagnosed and put on meds we had some additional difficulties keeping Gracie healthy due to her condition. Dr. French has been there every step of the way as if we were family and as if Gracie was her own dog. Dr. French hospitalized Gracie for a few days and kept us up to date on our baby. She came in on her days off to watch over Gracie and made sure she was getting cared for properly. The other vet techs were so loving and understanding of how we felt and couldn't be more loving of our Gracie. Dr. French called us everyday and allowed us to come and visit Gracie and walk her while she was in Dr. French's care. She made calls to the specialist for a second opinion of what she though would be best for our pup and kept us informed. They saved our girl. We cannot thank them enough...I only hope someday we could do something as special and meaningful for her and the staff..as they have done for us. Thank you.

if you want a vet that truly cares for your pet, do not come here. we received a cancer diagnosis…read morein an email after repeatedly asking for a phone call as soon as the results came in, which they had noted in our chart but ignored. not only did they send the results via email, they were referring to my boy dog as she/her in the entire message. I would not recommend anyone that cares about their pets to come here.

My dog has been going here for years and I was warned about them by a client of mine but didn't pay…read moreany mind to it, regretfully so. My dog was just diagnosed with addisons disease and I was told but the dr that they could treat him at the clinic since it's not as complicated as it would be if he were in an addisonian crisis. I asked him if he's sure we shouldn't take him the the ER instead since we couldn't afford treatment at the clinic and to take him to the ER if that didn't work and he said yes hes hopeful that the treatment will work and there's nothing that the ER would do differently that they wouldn't do. We left our dog there for most of the day to get a phone call that he wasn't doing good and we had to rush him into the ER. Nurse told me that his catheter fell out and he didn't get the fluids he needed and they were going to close so that was our only option. I was so upset to get to the clinic to basically see my dog in such worse condition than what he was when I dropped him off!! I couldn't believe that they even charged me more than what I was quoted when the treatment didn't work and part of it was due to a faulty catheter meaning they likely weren't keepjng an eye on him for a long period of time. I mean if he were getting fluids majority of the time there, I would think he'd be somewhat better when we picked him up not severely worse. Dr didn't come in to talk to us at all, he had the manager come in and talk to us and give us an option to pay half at that time and half a mo from then. He is not compassionate or anything and all I see are dollar signs to him. The manager Kaylee on the other hand is probably the best thing that happened to that clinic!! She is so caring and thoughtful, I'm sure if she were the dr nobody would ever have an issue here but unfortunately that isn't the case. We spent thousands more at the ER on top of the $1500 we spent at the clinic for them to do nothing from what I know but caused him to get worse. The ER is what saved my dog and come to find out he was in critical condition in severe addisonian crisis. I wish I listened to my gut and took him there the first time! Please do not believe these reviews, they are not all the truth!!

Doctor Overlie is just fantastic! He is a good old-fashioned country vet. they'll answer questions…read moreover the phone and try and save you money anyway they can. it's obvious he cares about the animals before his bank account. I recommend him wholeheartedly! also, I can't say enough about Karen She always does her best to help get appointments scheduled anything she can do to help and she's incredibly organized and keeps things moving.

I took my two miniature Schnauzers into this vet and had a terrible experience…read more We went into the examining room and I held the boy dog while the girl assistant took his temperature and I told her that he sometimes gets scared and tries to nip at vets. He doesn t like most men especially if they have deep voices. I had never met Dr. Overlie before but was sure that he would take a few minutes and greet my dogs so they would feel more comfortable. But he just walked in and didn t greet them. He is a very big man with a deep voice, so it was scary to them. They had me hold my other dog while the assistant put him on the table. When Dr. Overlie started feeling all over his body my dog got scared and tried to bite and get away. Instead of letting him go, the vet assistant tried to hold him and twisted his collar which choked him. He made strangling sounding yelps..This just made him more scared and he peed and pooped all over and yelped from being choked. I thought she was going to strangle him and was horrified. It all happened so fast, while I am yelling NO NO. She finally dropped him to the floor (which could have hurt him too) and let him go. They handed me a muzzle and I put it on him but I insisted to hold him after that. He did fine with me holding him, but was so scared by then. He didn't even feel the needle that the vet put in his lump to get a sample to test. My other dog was shaking all over just from witnessing what Noni went through. If the vet assistant had given me the soft muzzle to begin with, and let me hold him this would have never happened. The vet also should take a moment to greet the animals. Especially if they are scared or temperamental. I had gone in for a check up for both dogs, and realized later that Dr. Overlie didn t even look at their teeth which need attention. The only good thing that came out of this experience was that my dogs test came back negative and the lump was just fatty tissue. I will never go back to this vet again, and would not recommend him to anyone that has miniature Schnauzers, or that might be fearful or temperamental animals.
