The guys running the shop were so chill and friendly and I'll probably pass by again when I need a refill on balm.

I understand that some products (such as beverages) may have been excluded from the sale. Nice set up and fast service. Staffs are nice But I don't want to leave negative review, but I'm disappointed with how this issue has been handled. I visited during the 30% off promotion and spent nearly $400. I know some items, like drinks, may not have been eligible for the promotion, and that's completely understandable. That why I asked the staff who helped us to make sure and she checked on the computer and said yes Kiva is 30% that why I order a lot but she didn't say only 1 or what the policy when I said wow I want more when it's 30% off, good deal! She should say something. However, I bought five Kiva Sea Salt Caramel Milk Chocolate Bites, and my receipt appears to show that only one of them received the discount instead of all of the eligible items. Also another 2 cookies and cream that only 1 eligible. So I reached out through the company's online contact form, explained the issue, and waited for the reply. It's now been over a week, and I haven't received any reply at all. Even if the discount was applied correctly, I expected someone to at least respond and explain it. I hope the store improves its customer service and communication. At this point, I'm just looking for someone to review my receipt and explain what happened.

They check your ID upon entry and then take you through each section and take time to explain the popular items and answer any questions you may have. We came in specifically for a CBD tea and unfortunately we learned the teas were the worst selling item and no longer restocked. While we didn't get what we wanted, we still left with CBD honey and Chaga tea. Prices seemed somewhat high, but I did appreciate the customer service.

Just like the first check the second check i had my keys in hand that had a pepper spray attachment to it and they said nothing about it and let me in. A few minutes later, I had some guy rushing towards me aggressively telling me that I had to give him my keys. I was very uncomfortable with that and told him that I would just rather leave. As I'm walking out, he yelled at me "yeah fucking leave" and I told him that he was acting weird and then he gave me the finger. I started recording because I was uncomfortable with him following me.
