It's clean, modern, and all the staff are talented. It's also reasonably priced and they have tons of colors for dip, gel, or regular nail polish. When I told them that I didn't wish to share my number, I was told that I couldn't check in without providing it. I clarified, to make sure I understood correctly, "If I dont give you my cell phone number, you won't provide me service?" The woman I was talking to looked to her coworker for support. After slowly looking at me from toe to head while making a face as if to say, ' Who are you, that you don't want to give us your number', she told the women I had to provide a number - I assume, because I didn't speak their language, and the respose was the same. I was told that they weren't going to share or use my number for marketing. Then why require my number? I wasn't making a reservation. I literally walked in and would have sat right in the chair for all but 5 minutes or less, paid, and walked out. Innocent request in an attempt to do what, I dont know? Maybe. But to require a persons personal information for no valid reason is a violation of a persons privacy. I'll be honest, It was mostly a matter of principle, but also, your phone number can provide access to highly sensitive information and potentially lead to identify theft. Like many people, my phone is used to manage my life and the business I work for. With all the idenity theft, fraud, hacking, and scams, I prefer I err on the side of caution when I can.

It wasn't an every day lash, more like a fancy outfit, club lash and one side noticeably looks different than the other...After a few hours one of the employees asked the other employee, who was doing my lashes, how much longer and the other employee replies I don't know. This tells me you haven't mastered your skill and an amateur. Also, after running my fingers through my lash they begin to come out an hour later. Not sure), but I was already drinking water & am currently limiting my alcohol intake. She provided good customer service & had nice manners. She double-checked that my design stayed put, & I enjoyed my appointment. These nails were about $70 before tax & tip. Your design can change the price of your nails to increase or decrease depending on what you decide. To get an idea, you can always ask the technician before doing the design or the front desk. I typically tip 20% to 25% for my service but you can always tip more! Edit: the rose fell off after one day :( service was still good, just bummed that one of the 3d rose didn't last :((

When I checked out and showed the promo code, the gal at the register sent it to her boss and called her boss just to tell me they took over the business and that it wasn't valid. Disappointed with the results and service today. Will not be coming back again. 3/5 stars as she did a decent job on the toes and was able to clean it well as it was with regular polish. The nails were gel.
