The inspector texted me that he had arrived (I requested this) and once he explained what he was going to be doing, he went off to inspect. During the inspection my crazy dogs followed him around and tried to help, handled it very professionally-did not take the dogs up on the help. lol House was left clean, did not even know they were there. We received our report via email very promptly, lots of detail and much to my surprise received an email with referrals to companies that could fix the issues that were found on the report. THIS was huge, I don't know about you but it is not easy to find affordable, trustworthy, available, GOOD handymen/contractors. THIS was pure gold. I signed up for the weekly tips and that information has been very useful, Mejaro is knowledgeable and an expert in their field. HIGHLY recommend!

The ones at Aqua Pro were slightly more expensive than some we saw, but were also of higher quality; we wanted a projected ten year hot tub with low operating costs over that period. Three years ago, we bought it. It wasn't cheap. It has to be installed into a very tight spot. They did it. We had no trouble with it at all, indeed its operating costs were almost half of the ancient spa it replaced. Then, this week, we had it moved a block away to a new place. Extracting it was difficult because of the tight spot. It took a bit of effort, but they did it without any problem, hauling it and installing it at its new location. The price wasn't cheap, but unlike others here (and I'm not discounting other Yelper problems, only documenting my success), we've had good service in our application, which is the hot tub, its reliability, and their moving service. Our experiences were good. It's not the low cost alternative and their premium hot tub has worked without problem in both locations with far lower power consumption and high reliability. They're not cheap but they did the job correctly and have good communications.

They responded to my message in a timely manner, answered all my questions and they weren't pushy about getting their services. I have a new build so when it was finally time to hire an inspector I decided to go with MC2. So glad I did. They were reasonable and the inspection took about 3 hours. It was a smooth process and Greg, my inspector, was awesome. He was VERY picky (which I love) and he pointed out things that I wouldn't have seen. Please do NOT purchase a home without getting your own inspection done (IMO). Greg was very professional, he came in with footies and he had the report done later that night filled the pictures, notes and suggestions. It was definitely useful when I did my walkthrough with the contractor. Building a new home is already stressful but MC2 made it a little easier. Thank you for all your help, it's appreciated.

The gentleman was nice but did not check to ensure that septic was full nor did he check the small overflow to see that was blocked. Called Hudson's after getting septic dumped. We signed up for a membership service i was pleasantly surprised how much they have in their showroom. My spouse discovered the delta faucet she wanted for the kitchen. The staff was extremely helpful. The faucet will be installed the day they flush the tankless water heater. They are so much more than sink and tankless water heater people. Find what you are looking for and purchase it. They'll install it and maintain your plumbing needs. They even work on new construction.

What most people do not understand are: 1) you can have a mold infestation in a house that looks and smells clean, and does not have visible mold or mold smells, and 2) mold that has been removed or remediated leave behind deadly mycotoxins that most remediators or removal specialists DO NOT address, and 3) many remediators or removal specialists use chemical formulas that cause more harm than good. There is a lot of bad so-called science on the web and in marketing materials. I am very grateful to have found American Mold Experts and Bill Niccol. Bill is an incredible wealth of knowledge on the dangers of mold and mycotoxins as well as how to make a home mold and mycotoxin safe. And while I agree with the other reviewer who said the report doesn't state a lot, but my realtor has seen other mold reports and said they had the same level of detail. More importantly, Bill did explain a great deal to me over the phone and Karen was quick to respond to my email and answer my question about what is generally regarded as a safe level of mold. WOW they found an infestation of several dangerous mold species and mycotoxins in a charming home that appeared very pristine and which I very much wanted to buy. THANK YOU. I would be very sick in that house. It is heart-breaking and I hope the seller chooses to remediate the home with American Mold Experts. NEVER buy a home without a mold and mycotoxin test by a highly qualified professional. Do not use your general home inspector for this. If I had known this sooner then I would not have ended up living in a moldy house that made me very ill. I am disabled now.
