Said the wood fence would be better and that the vinyl fence was hard to get in a timely manner and very expensive. He assured me I would love the wood fence. And after 4 months the fence was finished and I loved it. Then it rained and it started falling apart. Workmanship was done in a hurry as he had many jobs at the same time. He would drop off a disabled man to do painting and expect me to pay the man. All areas he painted had to be done again because he couldn't put pressure on the roller. The original agreement was for a carpenter and a laborer for one cost. The wood he supplied was cheap and untreated. Never given any receipts for supplies. The gates won't close and once they close you can't open. They are large gates and have no cross bars for stability. He has come back twice to fix and leaves with gouges and splintered wood everywhere. There are 4 posts that he used the previous existing cement and the fence wiggles at least 6" both directions and could possibly fall onto neighbors window. At the time of hiring him he said he was in the process of getting a contractors license. I spent $5k more than originally agreed to. Now he won't come over. I will only text him for the record. He denies actions he's spoke of.
