I met with Angel and she sounded unsure to me but I decided I needed a CPA so I went with them. She said we need a $400.00 retainer. HR block did my business taxes and only charged $300. So I figured that was good and there was no mention of any further expenses. I Got all my paperwork that I could to them by April 15. There was an extension so and they said I need to file one. I get a call finally May 15 the last day. I was on the road and this guy says I owe $12,000 pay now today or you suffer an IRS penalty. I was shocked. Then I was really shocked when I received a bill for over $3000.00. I use lawyers that didn't charge that amount. I feel the customer service is bad and when you do chat with them they are abrupt and demeaning. I told them the concerns and they did cut the price in half at my request. However when I asked for more copies even a digital copy they would not send it to me because of a personality conflict. Not a very good way to do busiines. The whole thing was a nightmare. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
