Bloom Couture is our go-to for all of our happy occasions! literally will call him up hours before I need a delivery done the SAME day and they don't miss a beat! the florals are always impeccable and chic! they never disappoint! highly recommend!!
I want to say that I'm highly impressed with this business! If I didn't give them a 5/5 is for the following: 5 stars beautiful arrangement, amazing customer service & lovely people. -1 star : I would have loved to know that this was a one sided arrangement. The back of this was 4 white hydrangeas which ... was a little of a let down. -.5 star : tulips were different then request both in "type" and color. Rose color was different color as well. -.5 star : a few of the stems were not placed in well they were dead later on,
I'm beyond thankful to Knarik and her team ! She's extremely creative and professional. I literally call her to place my order 2 hrs later flowers are delivered. She goes above and beyond for her clients . This is my 8 time this year ordering flowers and I keep wanting to order more because of her amazing service . I literally refer everyone to her .
Bloom Couture never ceases to amaze me. Her taste is just impeccable and let's not even talk about quality! Her flowers are always so fresh the arrangements last me at least a week. You can instantly pick out her arrangements anywhere you see. She is amazing! I'm speechless at this beauty that was delivered to me!
My go to for all my flower needs! Knar is an absolute gem and her creations are simply beautiful! She is always just a simple text or phone call away and her creativity never disappoints. Any time I've ordered flowers from her to gift someone else for any occasion I've felt special because it always just stands out from the rest, and let's not get into how much I love every arrangement she's made for my hubby and friends/family to send to me! Everyone knows how much I love her so they just know who to go to when it's for me haha She also did the flowers for my engagement party Let's just say I cried from joy when I saw my sample the first time. I mean the woman just gets it. All I had to do was tell her the colors I want and I didn't give her much else direction as to how I wanted them made, but she surpassed my expectation. I was obsessed to say the least. I have been a bloom couture customer for as long as they have been open and she makes sitting in traffic between Glendale and noho worth it every time!
I wanted to spend 20.00 on a beautiful bouquet and they out did themselves! The roses were so fresh and gorgeous! The way she wrapped the flowers it looked like a 40.00 bouquet! The employee was so sweet and really listened to what I liked! I noticed they also do private parties which I will definitely use in the future!
I have had the opportunity to work with Bloom Couture, several times, all which were, unfortunately, for somber occasions. Knar, and her entire staff, are so kind. They genuinely listen to your requests, and go above and beyond to deliver, even for such sad occasions. The love and thought that goes into their work, is apparent in every piece they create.
Small place with the cutest designs. Worker Marine is super friendly and will work with you to design the perfect arrangement you have in mind. Will definitely consider going here for flower bouquets and arrangements.
I found bloom couture on accident through Instagram! I decided to finally use them last time for a last minute arrangement for my grandma! Knar answered the phone, was super pleasant to deal with and got me my arrangement last minute for a great price and delivered it! They were so good I used them again today. Thank you guys! Will be using you guys again shortly.
while they were friendly, their work was disappointing. I asked for the arrangement in the photo and got something entirely different. I did ask for the cabbage to be substituted with more flowers but i dont not ask for the flowers to be clumped up as they were. Also, apparently those unappealing off white flowers that look like daises are dahlias. It looks nothing like the picture but according to Knar, whom I called after my friend sent me the photo, it looks almost identical. I think not. A Picture is worth a 1000 words so I will leave it there.
Disappointed is an understatement! This place is a rip off and they don't listen to what the customer asks for!! I've placed a couple of order with bloom couture and this will be my last time ever placing an order with them! I am embarrassed that my name was attached to this arrangement for a new born baby floral arrangement! Everything was already provided to them, the acrylic box, the toys, the chocolates, and obviously the baby clothes inside. All they had to do was make a nice arrangement on top of the box and all I got was a ball of hydrangeas with a sprinkle of leaves. I specifically told the woman at the shop what I wanted and even told her I would like the chocolates (yes believe it or not there are chocolates in this arrangement) to be placed on top of the acrylic box next to the arrangement. Then woman assured me the chocolates would be placed in a small box with the little rattle wrapped around for a nice presentation! When I received this photo of the arrangement from my family member I was livid!!! At first when I didn't see the chocolates I thought they didn't even put them, come to find out they scattered the chocolates inside the box with the baby clothes where you couldn't even see it! No effort was put into this arrangement what's so ever and you guys should be embarrassed that you felt this was appropriate to send out! You have lost a customer and i will definitely be letting my friends and family know what a joke of a place this is! Overrated, overhyped, and overpriced! -KNARIK, In reference to your previous post addressing my comment. Please don't make comments about things your not sure about because for one you weren't even at the shop when I took my items. Your employee was the only one there helping me and she took out a small white box, we put the chocolates in the box, and she even said she would wrap the little rattle around the box and arrange the flowers to the side so the box of chocolates would on the other side. I see the space available on the right side of the arrangement but no chocolates as I was promised! Don't make assumptions on details when you weren't even at your shop. Because of your carelessness the chocolates that you claimed were "neatly organized inside of the box" was scattered under the baby clothes and MELTED EVERYWHERE! I specifically told your employee I didn't care for the acrylic box to show there was no content to be displayed as ur claiming. Secondly, it just goes to show how horrible your customer service is that you try to blame your clients for how poorly you did your job! Trying to say that "that's the back of the arrangement" does not make it any better! Can people not see the back of the arrangement? Because clearly I can! I uploaded a photo of the "front" of the arrangement and thank goodness I brought that small toy to be placed in the middle to make it look somewhat decent. There was a maximum of 6 roses in this arrangement, looks so cheap! Im embarrassed that an arrangement like this was sent to someone extremely close and you should be embarrassed that your name was associated to an arrangement done in such poor taste! You lost a customer and will definitely be warning others about your shop!

Staff: They are Amazing. It does not get better than this. I ordered a chocolate basket for a new born baby (they confirmed which basket I had picked and delivered the basket without even receiving payment.) I really appreciate people who have faith in others. Their primary concern was customer satisfaction. If you know my reviews, you know I speak the truth! Basket: beautiful and tasteful. Easy of use: easy and simple. I live in OC and was out of the state when I placed this order. This was my first time experience with them. Will I be back: yes!! read more

I loved the flowers I got for my parents anniversary. I told them to make something beautiful that is similiar to some of the instagram pictures that I saw and they made something very similiar to what I wanted! My parents loved the flower arrangement. I had a chance to meet Knar and sit down to discuss my vision for floral centerpieces I needed for my birthday. She was very pleasant to talk with and was extremely accommodating. We were browsing her photos when I mentioned how much I loved the vase in one of her arrangements and instantly she said it would be no problem to do something similar for what I needed. They delivered the centerpieces to me venue and wow! Truly exceeded my expectations! She did a fabulous job and absolutely loved the little details she added to make the bouquet more interesting! Bloom Couture has done it again! My husband suprised me with the most beautiful arrangement for my birthday this year. He didn't even have to explain and give details as to what he exactly wanted. Today I called last minute to order flowers to be delivered the same day and they completely went out of their way to get it delivered on time. I received the best customer service by the owner. Not only was she professional but so helpful and sweet! The flowers were so beautiful and she completely surpassed all my expectations.
