I ordered a basket of flowers through Instagram 2 days before the pickup and confirmed the order the day befofe. When I arrived, they said the order wasn't recorded, so the basket wasn't ready. I couldn't wait for an hour for them to make it, so I asled to makd a regular bouquet. It still took them about 30 minutes ti make it. They refused to discount the price on a new bouquet. I understand the situation is unique, but putting it here for people to know that they are not accommodating. It very possible for your order not to be fulfilled because their online ordering through Instagram sucks. You have to text them the same thing multiple times to get and confirm the order. read more

I visited Rouge Roses recently, and while the flowers were beautiful, I was honestly really uncomfortable with what I witnessed. I saw someone who I believe was the owner of the store speaking to some of the younger employees in a very harsh and disrespectful way. The way they were being spoken to felt completely unnecessary, especially in front of customers standing there. This is not a good way to keep a business and not respect the people that work for you. You could tell the workers were uncomfortable, and it made the whole environment feel tense and unsettling. As a long time customer, it was disappointing to see young employees being treated that way. No matter how stressful work gets, you can't talk that way to your workers. Allthough the flowers were beautiful, I wont be supporting this business due to this environment that he created. I believe employees deserve to be spoken to with basic respect and what I saw at this store was terrible. read more

I follow them on IG and wanted to support local businesses. My first visit was fine, but my second visit within a week was not so great. Here's my experience on a Sunday. They were busy, I get it. Customer service seemed like it was bothersome to them. I had my 9 year old daughter with me and she was in the stuffed animal room looking and the guy basically asked her to come out of there because no salesperson was in there. Ummm, she's 9 and was excited to see all those teddy bears but not allowed to look while we were waiting on our order? She was not touching or messing anything up. WTF I just said ok and asked my daughter to not move around. It felt super uncomfortable and I felt unwanted there. Also, I selected two bunches of roses, one of them didn't look like the bunch I selected as the roses were all open and seems has started the wilting process. I paid and left. Will NOT be supporting this business again. It's a bummer because they are so close to where I live but I will just find another place to shop. read more

Every time I walk in, there's always some kind of tension between the staff -- they seem upset, stressed, or even rude to each other and to customers. It really changes the whole mood of such a beautiful place. For example, once I went there for my friend's birthday around 11:45 PM (they close at midnight). I just wanted to buy a nice bouquet and some balloons to make her day special. But the girl working there spoke to me in such a rude way, saying they're about to close and that I can only pick one ready-made bouquet, no custom orders.
