Thank you Blondie's for having such delicious brunch food and the service was outstanding for our large party. Yelp community I was visiting friends located in different parts of Michigan & needed a great location for us all to meet & that had great home style brunch. After seeking help from the Yelp community, Blondie's was recommended. I reserved the back room and discussed details via phone & email with the Blondie's crew. They were so chill and accommodating even though this place gets JAMMED PACK on weekends. We were never rushed even though my anxious self kept asking if we were okay on time, they kept reassuring me, it was all good. My friends & family had a wonderful time and the food was as amazing as everyone said. You can't go wrong with anything here. Thanks again Blondie team for everything!! Can't wait to come back next time I am back in Lansing for a MSU visit! Love y'all like crazy!!!!

I am overjoyed that I finally stopped in to eat at Blondie's! I have been a lifelong resident of the area but had never been. And, now I know I've been missing out! The restaurant definitely has a hometown feel. There is a small hostess stand, in the seating area when you walk in. The team members we encountered seemed friendly and were helpful in helping us make our food selections. We were seated at a table, which was clean but the remnants of a child eating pancakes before we arrived, was still evident on the floor. It didn't bother us per say but should be noted. For breakfast, we decided on the Mexican burrito with chorizo, with a single pancake as our side, cause why not?! We decided to split it after hearing the burrito is the second biggest item on the menu. And, glad we did! The burrito was huge, stuffed with scrambled eggs, cheese, chorizo and refried beans. Then topped with sauce and more cheese and plated with a side of potatoes. Legit, SO good! The pancake was also nicely sized and we split that too. The perfect crispy edges and the fluffy middle wrapped up our meal quite nicely. The last thing that made this place so great was our bill. We legit left paying about $20 and that included tip! I think we may have found our new breakfast place! Couple last side notes: if you like to get your booze on during breakie, this isn't the place but come eat THEN go get boozy elsewhere! They have plenty of parking as well, just watch for the potholes.

One of my favorite breakfast places in East Lansing area. They have good sweet and savory options, my go to order has been a waffle and chocolate chips. I love their omelettes as well. Although it is always crowded we typically get seated within 15 to 20 minutes. It's not the cleanest environment, but all of our servers have been amazing.

If you are in the area you need to check this place out. The food is amazing but I loved the names of the dishes too. The food fresh and homemade not processed. The service was outstanding local hang out vibe. This one makes the list to revisit soon.

Absolutely a great choice when you're looking for good hearty diner fare...This place is popular and for good reason. Best known for breakfast, and lunch. Portions are big and there's a good variety of choices. Service is fast, very pleasant and seem to be happy doing what there doing...thus there is a very good energy to the place and everyone seems at home. It's a very casual environment. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommend.

    Dining room. Love the murals.

A quaint neighborhood breakfast and lunch restaurant. We are in town visiting our family, staying in the area and found Blondies Barn. We have visited twice for breakfast and thoroughly enjoy the service by friendly staff and very quick service. We both enjoyed their pancakes, eggs, has browns and meats. We are from Phoenix and haven't seen these low and great prices in such a long time. Thank you for the great experience while on vacation.

Always a lot of people wait in line every weekend. Their chicken and waffles are amazingly good (although they do not look good).

Pretty decent food. Service is ok. But the price makes it worth going back. Very inexpensive and you get a lot of food.

I really should try something other than the biscuits and gravy but it is so good. Worth the wait. Good coffee too.

Only had to give them a 4-star cuz their chocolate milk was horrible, and to my kids that's the determining factor. ;-) Great food!

Came in for first time on a Friday evening just after the happy hour beer special had expired…read more Ordered a "Tall" draft expecting a TALL as served at most other places in Lansing area. When it came in a small clear plastic cup, I asked server George about it being a large and he pointed out it said 20 oz on the bottom of the cup. The bill called it a "Schooner", boy what a mis-label if I ever saw one. Would hate to see their small (regular size) beer. Maybe it is served in a dixie cup. My fish basket 5 pc, was great with plenty of fries and coleslaw, and hushpuppies. Wife chose the Jumbo Coconut shrimp basket that really contained "Jumbo" shrimp and plenty of dipping sauce. Overall fair for the money, EXCEPT the pretend Schooner thing. Guess rule is if you want any beer bargain there, must arrive before the 7 pm cutoff time. Young man waiter George will do good in this industry.

READ WHOLE THING…read more While me and my boyfriend were there we ordered, a maple margarita, waters, vodka cranberry, pretzel bites, 8in pepperoni pizza and the street tacos with jalapeno corn on the side (extra). out waitress was very very nice. she did everything we needed and was super polite. the maple margarita was one of the hardest to get down drinks i've ever ordered. tequila and cinnamon do not mix do not get that drink. the restaurant was a nice cute dive bar vibe and if perfect for dive bar quality. but the food. my tacos were good with the corn on the side - i love corn so i ordered that extra - i was happy with what i got. the pretzels we ordered were amazing and the picky eater boyfriend i have liked them too. he is the pickiest eater ive ever met. he did not like the pizza. you cant expect the best from a dive bar. i had a good experience my boyfriend did not, but i did not like that margarita. i had an overall 8/10 experience for a dive bar while my bf says he had a 4/10. take that with what you will. i would go again. he wouldn't.
