Shortly after install the washer was malfunctioning. It was shaking so badly that anything on to went flying. I called Samsung. After weeks of waiting I was told that there are no service providers in our area. No service for two brand new machines! I called the store. They called Samsung. I started going to the laundromat. I called a regular service company in the area who came right out. They said that the bracket that holds the drum in place was broken and no parts were available for Samsung machines. Back to the store and Samsung. Home Depot would not exchange the machines for an alternate brand. Long story short Samsung finally found a new identical machine. Delivery 8 months later. Not two months later new machine same thing. I call Home Depot. The manager of the Williston VT store dismisses me like a bothersome child. Call Samsun. Do you have a direct number? No. Why does Home Depot still carry a brand that you know does not have service? She said, "Lots of stores do that." I asked how Home Depot can charge hundreds of dollars for en extended warranty that can not be used? She said, "Call Samsung." After explaining that we have been customers of Home Depot for over 30 years and am extremely disappointed, she said in the most dismissive way possible, "Is there anything else?" So from Williston Home Depot to a loyal customer a big FU. I guess my appliance replacement and kitchen renovation will be from Lowes.

Our pellets arrived Saturday when both my husband and I were away from the house. My husband left a note on where to drop the 3 tons of pellets we had ordered. We were hoping they could get them around to our double doors leading to our basement to make moving the pellets easier on us. Not only did they get them to the back doors they got them so close that we just had to open the doors and move the pellets, but the delivery driver was respectful of our lawn and not to tear it up. We live in Underhill on a hill and when I arrived home was over joyed with the work. We will definitely be returning customers to Curtis Lumbar! Great customer service!

The Superstore sales person was great. The delivery and followup was not so great. We were the last…read moredelivery of the day and it was obvious that one of the delivery people was in a hurry. When they pushed the refrigerator through the doorway of our living room (the best way to bring it in) they took a chunk out of the wall casing. They assured us it would be fixed. To fit the refrigerator into the opening between our cupboards the one anxious delivery guy pushed it so hard you could hear the hardwood floor scratching. I haven't looked under the refrigerator, but there is a noticeable scratch that is in FRONT of the refrigerator. That one makes me angry every time I clean the hardwood floors. The nicer delivery guy said he would make note of it and make sure it got fixed. We never heard from them. We called the Superstore and they said there was no note, but assured us they would take care of it through their delivery service. A few weeks later we called Superstore again. Nothing happened. My husband finally fixed the gouge in the wall board himself. He is not a handyman but since it is low to the floor it is at least white like the rest of the wall board. The scratches in the wood flooring are still pretty annoying. That said, I would probably buy from them again only because the local box stores are worse.
