However there were 2 small imperfections in the upholstery. I spoke with the owner about the problem and immediately he said they would replace the couch with the understanding that again delivery will take quite a bit of time (still covid supply issues). They said we should use the couch they delivered first until the replacement arrived. True to their word, the new couch arrived and it was perfect. They took the imperfect couch away and now we have our new couch and are happy customers. We will shop at this store for all of our home needs in the future. We appreciate the excellent customer service we received! thanks

From purchase through Julia Cozza to the delivery, was an exceptional experience. Julia handled my multitude of questions with concern and clarity. The delivery was spot on time, gave me a call 15 minutes out. I live in a very old house with narrow doorways and steep steps. Jack and Ray delivered these appliances after many measurements, without any complaints as to the difficulty. Took off my doors with great care and hauled these heavy appliances up my narrow back steps weaving around a railing where there was not 1/4 inch to spare. They took care and time with all aspects, from Jack showing me tips of how to use the induction range to Ray making sure I was careful about putting frozen food into the freezer before it was at the temperature required. I truly valued their help and most important to me, was their attitude of concern towards me, the homeowner and the respect it reflected towards Bouchard Pierce. During my first visit, I was fortunate to work with Jon, an encyclopedia of appliance knowledge and extremely helpful when it came to comparing similar appliances. He gave me plenty of time to think and I never felt pressured. 2. Cocoplum's prices are very competitive -- and downright reasonable considering the excellent personal service. 3. Unfortunately our new stove had an irritating problem. What could have been a nightmare of trying to get the issue resolved was easy at Cocoplum. I got 100% attention, and the store manager, Sloan, worked through the problem with the manufacturer until it was resolved. Knowledgeable & friendly sales staff + good prices + a company that stands behind what they sell = My 5 star recommendation

This review is specifically based on a miserable experience purchasing a washing machine from…read moreCocoplum in SEP 2026. Incompetence from start to finish! During the shopping phase (in SEP 2026), I stated several times that 1) I needed a washer fairly soon since mine seemed to be breaking, 2) my first choice was a Speed Queen, 3) I wanted to be able to wash king size bedding, and 4) my doorway was narrow and therefore I realized my choices were limited. Cocoplum told me Speed Queens were on backorder and not available for months. Cocoplum convinced me that Asko was a good fit for me-they assured me that Asko could wash king bedding. On delivery, a MAJOR ISSUE was that the Asko washer could not be plugged into my traditional, 3 prong electrical outlet. Before the delivery crew took my old washer, I called Cocoplum in a panic to figure out how I could proceed with the Asko washer. Cocoplum assured me that an adapter should be easy to get and it would enable me to use the Asko washer. Based on this Cocoplum recommendation, I kept the Asko and the delivery crew removed my old washer. Before I followed through with Cocoplum's adapter recommendation, I decided to look at the Asko website. The Asko site strongly recommended against using an adapter to plug in the washer. According to the site, Asko washers are meant to be sold with Asko dryers because the washer is designed to be plugged into the dryer!! I was, and remain, SHOCKED that Cocoplum recommended a solution that the manufacturer does not recommend. Cocoplum essentially sold me a washing machine that I could not use! I will be posting another review about the washer replacement process with Cocoplum-also miserable. It is worth noting that after this awful Cocoplum purchase experience, I explored washers at another store (Express Appliances in South Burlington). Express Appliances knew immediately that Asko is a compact machine-not likely capable of washing king bedding easily-AND the Asko washer is designed to be plugged directly into an Asko dryer! I was informed of this critical information in under 5 minutes. I wish I had gone to Express Appliances.
