The event was great. The staff was informative and attentive, especially knowing it was my first time. I was welcomed with some hot tea. Restrooms were clean. Trust me, I have a hard time building a routine or being disciplined, but Gami's classes, especially Boot Camp and BodyPump, have kept me focused and motivated. I am grateful to her and the studio for changing my life. She offers 5 programs, Les Mills BodyPump, HIIT (BootCamp), Zumba, Yoga (taught by Joyce) and PiYo live (taught by Jessica).
