I was really impressed with the class; the instructor was really focused on alignment, had moves I hadn't practiced before (and I have been to a LOT of barre classes), and brought a ton of positive energy. A high point was a session filled with sounds, both challenging and nurturing, to help strengthen one's practice. My wife attended a breathwork workshop with Audrey Rose. The event was great. The staff was informative and attentive, especially knowing it was my first time. I was welcomed with some hot tea. Restrooms were clean.
