We were booked in for Monday. Our old dentist had been giving me a run around for months, and I wasn't able to get my son's dental records over the weekend. The ladies at the front desk were very understanding. They accommodated our needs to the best of their abilities, and made me and my child feel at ease. Dr Jasmine was so kind, but knowledgeable. I left there feeling comfortable that my son was in good hands, not just in the hands of someone chasing a paycheck. In fact, not only did it cost less than our old dental office, but she purposely split the work up into different sections to make my child more comfortable. I highly recommend!

What stands out the most for me are the hygienists; every single one of them is truly spectacular. A special mention goes to Alex. Not only is he highly skilled and knowledgeable, but he also shows genuine compassion. He takes the time to explain each step, which has meant so much as I've been going through a lot with my teeth. What impressed me most is that the doctor personally called me outside of his busy schedule to check in, see how I was doing, and ask what could make the process more comfortable. That level of care is rare--and to me, it's A+. I'm so thankful to have found this practice. Coming from the North, it hasn't always been easy to find a dentist I truly trust, but I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Dr. Farrell personally called to check on me three days in a row, including over the weekend, to make sure I was receiving the care I needed and was as comfortable as possible. What could have been a very scary and stressful experience was made so much more manageable because I felt genuinely cared for and supported throughout the entire process. His dedication to his patients truly goes above and beyond. I am incredibly grateful to have been one of his patients and would recommend Dr. Farrell and his team 100%! Thank God I found Gerich Endodontists in Jacksonville who immediately started taking steps to resolve & save my tooth....CARING, PROFESSIONAL & SO DIFFERENT THAN ST.JOHNS ENDODONTISTS. Hide quoted text I am so glad I kept Dr. McClure's recap letter regarding his referral rather than treatment process in January. I have posted on every Social Media site in this avenue/areas of the dental/medical field. After working 35+ years in the Finance Corp Mgmt field & always having cleanings every 6 months, taking VERY good care of my teeth, I am surprised St. Johns Endodontists retains him as I am sure other individuals have been impacted by his lack of care for any patient. Referring a patient out for a questionable treatment does not resolve the root problem and shows the lack of integrity of St. Johns Endodontists overall by this Endodontist..... I have had so many people reach out to me since posting across my Social Media about Dr. McClure's uncaring, unprofessional nature, outrageous costs, postponed or erroneous information given to them, one even today that stated that once he found out she had no dental insurance her fees doubled, as well as the "consultation quote." What a shame St. Johns Endodontists would employ such an individual in the dental/medical avenues. His Corporate Staff/Mgmt appears to be taking action to make sure he is monitored more closely to prevent more damage to others affected by his actions. Deb Strickland

I had a very difficult upper molar removed here that another dentist prior in Charleston declined to do. He wanted me to see an oral surgeon and I thought I would try Jax Emergency after my husband recommended them to me. Dr. Arrow was patient, took his time and rocked that tooth out in it's entirely with no breaks. Took his time and used rocking persistence- something most dentists do not posses anymore with the rush to high priced cosmetic dentistry procedures. I worked for years chair-side in dental offices in my younger years I can really appreciate application of great basic practices as well as talking a patient through the procedure calmly. I also appreciate in this day and age of greed in the medical industry to not have the price be the motivator to the doctor and practice. I like that the actions were whatever was best for me and my situation. I only wish they did root canals on molars so I wouldn't have to go on a search, but I've been referred to 3 endodontists for consideration for the next procedure. Front desk was very helpful and I was seated shortly after arrival. The assistant was efficient and friendly, updating x-rays after looking at those previously taken at another office earlier this year. Smart move. You don't want a dentist working off of old x-rays. Not ever! Another note I'll go in bed at names was I recognized her from being here a couple years ago which says a lot about the doctor. Many assistance turn through cause of doctors that are too difficult to stay with. Yes, some dentists can be rude to their assistant too! My disappointment at the cosmetic over health $$$$ direction dental care has taken can be noted!
