Staff & Dr. McLaughlin were great.. wait time can use improvement and offer more days and earlier hours for oral surgeons to be available.

Very natural and blends with existing teeth, whether fillings, crowns or implants. Ask me, got it all! His staff follow his lead. They are all truly a class act. They are all very warm and caring. Everyone works from a higher standard. Highly recommend that you shift to them. By the way, if you need an oral surgeon, Dr. Skigen is a few doors down. Sooooo....of course, yes, they will consult with each other and make a healthy and beautiful dental care a breeze!

18 years ago a cardiologist at Mayo recommended Dr. Salko, and I am very glad I was referred to…read morehim! I had visited a mall dentist when I first moved to town, and suddenly I had two cavities and had been grinding my teeth. After one time getting the fillings I was left with extreme sensitivity to temperatures. After the SECOND time I still had issues. Know what the mall dentist said? That I needed root canals! Imagine! From suddenly-appearing and non-issue "cavities" to root canals within 6 weeks! I was not believing my ears and so I wanted another dentist, happened to be at another doctor and asked. So I explained my concerns to Dr. Salko and he asked if he could try to redo the fillings. As he was grinding away the hack-job from the prior dentist, Dr. Salko was verbally amazed at how poorly the other dentist's technique was. The fillings were those composite jobbers and require proper technique, otherwise issues arise like mine. 18 years later, I never had the root canals and have not had a problem since. Oh - I also don't grind my teeth (there is no evidence that I do), so the mall dentist was enriching his own pocket with that one. Since this work 18 years ago, my twice-a-year time with Dr. Salko consists of him wearing his microscopic glasses, poking around a couple places, and telling me that my teeth are looking great.

I have spent countless hours in the dentist chair, never seeming to find relief for my constantly swollen painful gums and aching teeth. I would be up all night worried about my appointment the next day. The minute I entered the office it felt different. Carie and Charlie are the perfect face of the front office. They immediately put me at ease. They truly care about everyone who walks through the doors. Cindi has done most of my work with Dr. McCall and she is the best of the best. They work like a well oiled machine. When my worked had to be coordinated with an endodontist's office Cindi suggested they stay late to accommodate the procedure. I always feel like everyone has my best interest at heart. Jackie is my hygienist and I couldn't be happier. She has worked hard to get my teeth into good shape. She isn't condescending or berating but helpful and informative to give me the best results. Family members see Christina and Samantha in the office and sing their praises as well. I can honestly say this is the first time in my life that I am living without a painful mouth, constantly spitting blood and I owe it all to Dr. McCALL and his Angels. If I could give them more stars I would

After I paid, Gabriela Solis was incredibly rude when I asked her to email me the results of my exam, and had me leave before sending everything so that she could attend to another patient. If you need documents sent over, ask for them before you pay. This office doesn't communicate its requirements at all to new patients. I don't recommend coming here whatsoever.

I told him that I was unsure if I wanted a dental implant or a partial plate due to my age, 70. I told him that I had contraindications for a bone graft due to psoriatic issues, an infection in my jaw and osteoarthritis. He said if I did not get a bone graft immediately, then I would limit options later for an implant. I felt bullied into a procedure I really was unsure about. I asked for gas and he said that would delay the process and he did not have time to do this. During the extraction, he broke a healthy tooth and never apologized. I was told I would get a partial plate 3 weeks after Dr. Barker damaged a healthy tooth and this did not occur. When I expressed my concern, he said I can't control what the front desk tells you. When I asked him what his plan was to replace my extracted tooth and the tooth he broke, he said he wasn't sure. He said I might give you 3 implants and a bridge. This dental clinic has a contract with the Veterans Administration and I believe Dr. Barker tried to maximize monetary gains while delivering less than minimally acceptable dentistry practices. Do Not Go Here For Dental Care!!!!!

Baymeadows location: Very positive experience overall. The entire staff was incredibly friendly,…read morewelcoming, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The dentist was knowledgeable, supportive, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. My cleaning was excellent, they were very gentle with both my teeth and gums, which I really appreciated. The only DOWNSIDE was an unexpected $230 bill at the end of my visit. Part of that is absolutely my responsibility. I didn't realize I had already received X-rays and a 3D scan elsewhere within the last three years, and my insurance doesn't cover those services more than once during that time period. That said, I do wish there were a way to identify this before the services were performed. I had mentioned that it had been over a year since my last cleaning, and since X-rays are typically needed before a cleaning, I assumed everything was covered. It would have been helpful if there had been a way to verify whether recent images were available from my previous dental office or determine ahead of time that my insurance wouldn't cover new ones. The office explained that they don't know what insurance will pay until the claim is submitted, and they were very kind in offering a payment plan. I didn't need one, but I simply wasn't expecting the additional expense. WOULD HAVE BEEN 5 if unexpected bill had not happened!

I appreciate that others may have had positive experiences; however, my recent interaction was…read moredeeply concerning. Following a change in ownership, the practice communicated insurance coverage changes solely via email correspondence. At no time, prior to treatment, was I informed that my insurance was now considered out-of-network. I underwent a crown replacement without such disclosure and only became aware of the change when attempting to schedule a subsequent cleaning--likely because most patients do not anticipate significant out-of-pocket costs for routine cleanings. This omission, in my view, constitutes a material failure to provide adequate notice and could be perceived as intentionally misleading. Furthermore, the crown procedure itself was performed not by the dentist, but by an assistant--who was professional and courteous--while the dentist merely inspected the work briefly. I had referred six individuals to this practice when it was operating as Bradbery Dental. I typically do not leave reviews; however, when a business's actions create the appearance of deception--particularly toward veterans--it warrants documentation and public awareness.
