Look no further, this is an exceptional office. Easily accessible, same-day appointment for a new patient, well lit office throughout, friendly staff from beginning to end. I found that the office was very well equipped with the latest equipment. The exam room and waiting room atmosphere and decor were very comfortable. I found that Dr. Greenberg's assistant Kaylee was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Dr. Greenberg was very caring, took his time with me and answered all my questions. This is actually for Atlantic Dentistry Bartram. Be careful about your bills if using Atlantic Bartram. I first visited Atlantic Bartram to see if I really needed all the work a previous dentist had insisted I needed. That visit was on 9-11-25 and they did not mention certain things my previous dentist mentioned but they wanted to do this special cleaning (other dentist did not ask to do this in visit 1 year previous). I did not have insurance and specifically wanted to know what this would cost me. They showed the bill which was $966. I had this cleaning done and paid the $966 before leaving. Upon my next basic teeth cleaning scheduled 1-12-26 I now had insurance and weeks before called their office and they insured me that they accepted this insurance. Upon arriving I mentioned this to the lady at the desk and she said she was not sure they accepted this insurance (lovely). She spent roughly 10 minutes on the phone with the insurance and stated they did work with this insurance and presented me with the amount I would have to pay which was $126. One reason I stayed with Atlantic Bartam was that they did accept my insurance. They did the simple teeth cleaning and I paid the $126 before leaving - case closed or so I thought. On March 6th I received a bill for $102, why? I called the office and talked to the lady who answered the phone and she seemed unsure of how this charge came about and finally stated it had something to do with the wording for the insurance, the insurance did not accept this under the coverage (she did agree that I had been told I would pay $126). The lady said she would get back to me and it has been a month and she has not contacted me back thus this review. The statement attached shows charges from 9-11-25 and 1-12-26 and somehow states I owe $126. I am not sure if this is a simple mistake on their part on the bill, the lady upon my visit made a mistake or if they simply are not competent - whoever I called to confirm my insurance or the lady up front. Somehow though I am expected to pay more money for their mistake and I would not have made that visit on 1-12-26 if I knew they did not take that insurance (they told me 2 different times). I came here as a new customer. I made sure to ask before my visit whether I should have any records transferred and was assured that they had what they needed. When I arrived, it turns out they did not. When I questioned them at the front desk, they seemed very rushed. They automatically wanted to do a complete set of X-rays and panoramic - even though I was not due for them. In the end, I rescheduled my appointment. Although inconvenient to have to come back again - I would have just dealt with it. The troubling part is that they billed my insurance for an X-ray even though they never actually saw me as a patient. A billing error?? That was enough to make me not return. read more

Came to this office as a new patient. I made an appointment for a cleaning. I was told they were going to take an x ray. I agree and I asked them to let me know if its going to be covered by my insurance and they said yes dental exam is covered also my X-rays. later got a bill that said I have to pay for a panoramic x ray that they were claiming they did and my insurance didn't covered. Supposedly, They took an X-ray and a panoramic X-ray that my insurance doesn't cover without my approval. and now I am financially responsible for that even though I asked them up front to let me know if anything is not covered. I called them to asked about the charges, and after a long back and forth text from their rude manager. I told her that I will pay if she send me a copy of the panoramic X-ray that they supposedly took she refused. I had an appointment at 1:30 in the afternoon and It seems liked they were in a hurry to leave and they worked on my cavity. In like 40 mins they are done with both of my teeth. When I first went I didn't have pain 5 days pass and I been having pretty bad pain. I'll need to get checked on base and see if the cavity was completely cleaned out. The pain I'm feeling is throbbing, feeling like something is stuck in my tooth, and head ache. read more

Avoid if you do not wish to be scammed. The office will provide a final quote (after insurance coverage) then months later contact you saying there was an issue with insurance and you "owe more money". Additionally, the dental work is subpar and I had to go back several times before the work was actually completed. Current dentist is not impressed with the quality of a simple filling and said it looks like it was done by an intern. Definitely avoid unless you enjoy multiple trips to the dentist and hidden fees. read more

I was charged $545 upfront for a night guard in December 2024. My insurance was later billed $726 and paid $388 toward that bill. This resulted in an overpayment of $157 on my part. Despite multiple calls over the past four months and repeated assurances that my refund was "on the way," I still haven't received it. I've now had to escalate this issue formally. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I expected better professionalism and accountability. I have not had a bad experience here and I have been going for years. The front staff has always been nice I get emails and text reminders about my appointments. The Dr. is very quick and efficient and the techs are very nice and remember me . I am in and out for my cleanings and X-rays less than an hour and always get a bag to go. I am terrified of dentists because of previous experiences, and for the first time, I felt good about the service I received here. It was just the preliminary appt, with full on exams, exrays, and visits from the hygenist and dentist, and what needs to happen next. I was made to feel very comfortable, and felt very cared for, and everyone seemed to be very aware of my fear, and were all happy to try and make me feel less agitated. I went to Atlantic Dentistry for a second opinion after a terrible experience with another dental office who tried convincing me that I had gum disease, told me I needed a very pricey cleaning and perio therapy as well as 3 fillings. Non of which added up. I was honest with AD about my previous experience and concerns. The staff were amazing! From helping make the appointment, making sure I had proper coverage, speaking with the other dental office and making me feel welcome and heard. Turns out, my gut feeling was right. AD confirmed not only do I NOT have gum disease or need any of the previously mentioned work but that my teeth and oral health are in wonderful shape and I just needed a regular cleaning. The hygienist was informative, walked me through my x-rays and answered every question with patience. I HIGHLY recommend giving AD a visit. You won't be disappointed with the level of care and kindness the entire staff provides! So grateful I trusted my instincts and that the Universe guided me to Atlantic Dentistry. Very great customer service when scheduling my appointment for tomorrow. I am also extremely great full they were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. I called over 15 different dentists and everyone was booked until mid December. I have a pain in my back tooth and needed it to be seen as soon as possible and they were the only dental facility willing and able to schedule an appointment for me in a time crunch. I've been going here for a while . As of Christmas I had severe tooth pain and they were closed so I went to another dentist so they did the full new patients xrays and gum check. Was told I had severe bone loss and deep pocketing . Which is weird because before my tooth pain I had a cleaning two months prior and was told nothing about my serious problems. I had a very bad experience in the Batram park office. I wanted to do a filing for my chipped teeth. Doctor was forcing me to do filing as well as night guard. Night guard was very costly so I decided to do but only filing this time. But she told me that they cannot do only filing alone eventhough I agreed to pay for filing all from my pocket. Made an appointment to do a regular clean, however they wanted to continue a deep clean that I already did 1 1/2 years ago at a previous dentist. I told them no, but they insisted that this is what I will have to do or they will not do the cleaning. They wanted to do what they decided, even though my insurance will be paying for this, (which cost more than for a regular clean)and I would also have to come out of pocket a additional amount, plus my deductible. I told them no. When did we get to where these facilities can tell us what they will do, rather than what we need, and we still have to pay out of pocket and from our insurance?? I had initially written another review that was negative, but he deleted it. Now I am writing another one... This place is not a good office to come to. After my first initial negative review, I received an email saying that due to my review, I would no longer be able to receive treatment at this office. I'm pretty sure that violates some form of HIPPA law, and I'm consulting an attorney. Denying someone treatment because they gave an honest review, is just deplorable. Here's the kicker. They were going to charge me over $1k for a "treatment plan". I went I three other dental offices, all three gave me quotes within $400-$700 range for the SAME AMOUNT OF WORK! Save your time and money and go elsewhere... And to prove I'm not a liar, unlike this place, here is the email I received. I called the office in dire pain from a root canal I had a last year. They were able to have me seen within the hour. Dr. Murphy provided pain relief while I waited to see what needed to be done. They began the procedure right away and the pain was gone! They also offered me a financing plan since i realized that morning my insurance didn't cover my procedure. Dr. Murphy is an angel! Being new to area we needed a cleaning and found their $88 exam and cleaning special so made an appointment for my wife and I. As soon was we walked in they started with a "you may need a more involved cleaning that will be $165". My wife told me "I bet no one gets the special cleaning", but never have needed anything special before and were there so we went ahead with in. They did our x-rays and my wife being ahead of me saw the dentist first. Now she doesn't drink coffee or anything and cleaning for her normally take 10 minutes. But nooooooo, she needed a "deep cleaning" for the $165 and "if you come every 3 months for 2 years we may be able to get you down to a regular cleaning". So she didn't get any cleaning and it cost her $58. Since I got that info while still sitting in the exam room waiting I just got up and left. read more

I have a dental treatment planner background and, unfortunately, have experienced many dentists who are greedy and offer unneeded treatment since being in Florida. They are not honest and lack integrity. This office was amazing! I acted as if I couldn't read X-rays to see what would be said. He was honest and thorough. The doctor was so nice and direct. They cancelled my appointment without letting me know and I get to the dentist for my appointment at 2:30pm and they proceed to tell me they cancelled my appointment. The care from the moment you walk into the office through the limited exam through the procedure. I am very "apprehensive " and I have not had major dental procedures or emergencies throughout my 61 years of life . I have been in several practices but I will say that I had a dental emergency and they got me in and did an extraction. Dr. Murphy is very calming down he made me feel calm and so gentle. I was truly impressed with all the staff especially with my dental assistant. It went smooth and no pain,but to top it off the novocaine was just the right amount and wore off in a great period of time. I have experienced numbness that lasted 6-8 hours ... We have found our new dentist at Atlantic Dental- Bartram Park. I have more to things to do until the whole procedure is done but I have the greatest confidence and I definitely am not as apprehensive. A child's horrible experience can follow you through life, even to older years. I think I can finally not be so apprehensive for cleanings and whatever is to come for good dental health! Before even examining me they wanted to take x-rays. I asked them x-rays of what? They didn't know what my issue was, as a new patient, but they wanted do a full head x-ray. I guess that's where they make their money. It then got rude. They freaked out like no one was allowed to stop the factory that would shuffle you through the process. I was told to go to a room and the manager of the office came to scold me. She said, "you gonna have x-rays, right?" I told her I haven't met the doctor yet and it would be nice if he looked in my mouth and determine what needed to be x-rayed and what my issue was. As I sat there waiting for the doctor, they had a show that every other word was profanity playing on there TV. Not a class act. I wish I could give negative stars. Do not use this dentist. I left crying after booking a simple appointment to fix a small chip in my tooth. By the end of the appointment Dr T had not fixed the chip, tried to convince me to purchase veneers I didn't want, and basically told me I was poor because I didn't have $8,000 to spend on my teeth.
