The 60 minute session covers 45 minutes of foot reflexology and 15 minutes of foot detox, shoulder, neck, head and shoulder blade massage. My wife usually gets a 60 minute deep tissue massage. Their facility is very clean and comfortable I highly recommend calling and booking an appointment before hand because they are very busy. I find that the foot reflexology helps improve my energy level, blood circulation, liver function and better sleep. Once you are seated in the room the masseuse brings you a hot cup of tea for you to enjoy while being massaged.

If you haven't yet tried the foot reflexology, I do recommend it. I find it helps improve my energy level, blood circulation, liver function and helps promote sleep. Oh it also helps reduce my swollen feet after a long walk. If you plan on going there make sure to make an appointment. They get fairly busy after work hours and on weekends. Remember to reconfirm your appointment the day before so you either have the male or female message therapist and time slot correct. Aside from that, the service is nice. You're offered a tea for your message. The rooms are clean and the decor is quite nice. The rooms are not quite sound proof but if you have the most back room it's can be quite relaxing.

"Meh" bordering on "Yikes."…read more - The lady at the front is not friendly. Actually, none of the staff members are particularly friendly. Except one lady who was doing the foot reflexology thing on my wife; she was in a particularly good mood because it was her last day at the job (which, she was very excited to tell us that my wife was literally the last person she would be working on ever). - The downstairs room walls are super thin, so you can hear everything happening outside. Everything. - The staff is all over the map in terms of technique, skill, language barriers, coverage, areas of focus, etc. - The staff will be talking (not whispering, talking) to each other while they are working, so good luck on getting some of that "relaxation" that you came to experience. - Some people in our party had some extremely close and personal experiences that left them wondering "... was I just violated?". Especially where full-body massages were concerned. Not really an issue with the foot reflexology aspects. I wouldn't go back. But others in my party said they would. So it just seems to depend on who is doing the work on you.

It was as if she was purposely trying to sabotage the business. From the moment we walked in she was constantly talking down at us in the most demeaning and condescending manner. She also kept suggesting we should just cancel. I am so disgusted and disappointed. will never go back again!

I purchased a Groupon for two.. our reflexology massages included a herbal foot steeping, which I…read morerealized is, feet soaked in hot water while you sip on their house tea. Not what I had pictured, given the name of the massage. Tea was good though. My reflexologist was Harry, an RMT. I felt that my experience was subpar in comparison with what I could see from Linda, the masseuse that was working my mom's feet non-stop. I was making light conversation with Harry who often paused throughout. This was noticable to my mom who made mention of it to me in another language even though I was aware. I didn't want to make a fuss and said all was good. The foot massage was decent. I had higher expectations though considering it's specialized and geared towards feet but basically felt that I could have gotten a great full body massage at my regular spot with a foot massage included. Harry noticed swelling in one of my calves and was careful when working my leg. He pointed out plantar fasciitis, which I've also pondered as having. It was refreshing to see that he was observant to these subtle differences. My mom enjoyed her massage greatly in spite of the sensitivity she experienced as a result of tense muscles and tender points. Now this is where things get murky.. At the time of my booking, the lady who was booking us in mentioned that instead of purchasing another Groupon, to buy direct from the store and they would match the price I paid for the Groupon for another massage. When I brought this up to the two ladies at the front reception, seeing as I was keen on purchasing another two (one for mom who obviously enjoyed it and to give myself and the place another chance), I was told that this was incorrect and that I could not receive another Groupon massage. I was trying to explain that it wasn't for another Groupon but based on the information relayed to me, that a price match for two reflexology massages would be honoured. The point was completely missed as I kept getting told that the deal is based on a body massage, which made no sense to me and as such, didn't pursue the matter further. The place is clean and the area we were seated in is comfortable. We sat on leather sofa chairs resembling massage chairs. Would have been amazing had they really been. I liked that they maintain hygiene by placing plastic bags in wooden pails as opposed to a foot basin. Employees are nice. Not everyone speaks English well so communicating poses as a challenge, especially when you're trying to understand why pressure points are achy, which ones and ways to alleviate the tension.

A Truly Wonderful Experience Every Time!!…read more I've been coming here for years, and I can't say enough good things about both the location and my massage therapist, Jennifer . The atmosphere is always calm, clean, and welcoming--perfect for truly relaxing and unwinding. My massage therapist is absolutely incredible--professional, skilled, and genuinely caring. She always know exactly what my body needs, whether I'm dealing with tension, stress, or just need a moment to reset. Every session feels personalized and restorative. It's rare to find a place that consistently delivers such high-quality care and attention. I'm so grateful to have found this gem and will continue coming back for years to come!

I told the masseuse I want full body but to focus on my neck, lower back and hips. She spent the whole time talking about her Egyptian boyfriend that she's been with for a month, which distracted her from what she was doing. Next thing you know my hour was up and she only got to my back and lower legs? She never touched my hips, neck, thighs, lower back, arms etc. This was the worst massage I ever had and I could've got my little cousins to do a better job. Each time I asked her to apply pressure she told me it's too difficult for her because I'm on my side. I'm obviously on my side because I'm pregnant and it's a prenatal massage. I'm not someone that's hard to please at all but I did inform the front desk it's a disappointment that I have to pay for that type of service. The front desk didn't bother to ask me any questions or seem to care, they just said to have a nice day. I was looking forward to that massage all week because of these pregnancy pains...I still left there in pain and $120 less in my pocket lol not a good experience at all and I won't be returning. ...not to mention, their new rooms are as bright as they're shown in the pictures here. If you're like me and prefer the room to be dim and relaxing you won't enjoy that part.

Went here desperate for some relaxation after a stressful few months…read more I received a very good reflexology massage and my legs felt like new afterwards. It was rough, but relaxing. Quite an experience for my first time. I also opted for an RMT session as it seemed reasonably priced. This was a mistake. The same woman who did my reflexology also did the RMT service. I was surprised when she walked into the second room. I asked her "you're the RMT?" and she just stared at me due to a language barrier. I just kind of shrugged and thought to myself "how bad could it be?". Turns out, very bad. It was a very rough massage with no particular skill applied to it. I was vocal every time it hurt by saying "OW", so thankfully she understood that word. There were parts that felt nice and others that were straight up painful. Yes, RMT sessions are painful sometimes. But skillfully/strategically painful. This massage was more just consistent friction, up and down motions and poking. I swear, once she headed for my scalp I was relieved because how badly can you mess that up... honestly, I thought she was trying to manually labotomize me. Crack me open like a coconut. This woman was not an RMT. As I paid, I noticed the photocopied RMT certificate on the wall. The name on the wall did not match the woman I had. The provided RMT receipt had the same wall name and was pre-signed by this unknown person in a different colour pen. All kinds of sketchy. I refuse to even send that to my insurance company and I will eat the cost due to my own sheer stupidity. A few days later I spent the money (a lot more actually) all over again and had an additional emergency session with a real RMT. He was shocked at the state I was in and why. Lesson learned = you get what you pay for, if it seems to good to be true, it is, etc...
