My interactions with this salon were through Miriam only. I purchased what I thought was a deal! 2…read more1-hour facials for $84, from Groupon. I had my first experience at the salon on August 14, 2024. That day, I was less than impressed. The salon is fair, in terms of ambiance. The service was not good. I have received one other facial - ever, and this was only my second, so I didn't have a wealth of knowledge as to what was "normal." However, while receiving the facial, my recurring thoughts were "Will she do anything different anytime soon, I wonder?" And "I wish this part where warm air blows at one side of my face would be over already." This part of the facial, where I was left unattended in the room alone probably took about 15 minutes. Since then, I hesitated to claim the second one, since the first was so bad, but I decided to try once again. I scheduled online in the groupme app. There was some confusion, with an error message, so I tried again, and unfortunately 2 additional appointments were booked. When Miriam called to discuss this issue with me, she was extremely rude. I have since had other interactions with her to try to get the scheduling squared away and each interaction, she is short-tempered and apparently disgusted with me, judging by her tone of voice. I will not go back to claim the second. I would not recommend this service or salon.

10 stars if I could!…read more I booked the Couples Immerse Package as a surprise for my husband's birthday, with the charcuterie board and wine, and the entire experience was exceptional from beginning to end. From the booking process, to reception, the service throughout our visit, and even checking out, everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. Since it was a surprise, I really appreciated how helpful they were in making everything go smoothly. The facility itself was beautiful, clean, and incredibly relaxing, and the couples suite was just WOW. The massage therapists were amazing too (so sorry I'm forgetting their names!). My only tiny suggestion would be to allow a little more tub time when adding the charcuterie and wine so there's more time to actually enjoy it. I'd also love to see small individual plates or trays that could be used while soaking. The board sits between the two tubs, so we had to get up whenever we wanted something and ended up not eating much of it. That said, we were really there for the experience, and the experience absolutely delivered. We left feeling relaxed, spoiled, and so happy with our visit. It was such a special way to celebrate my husband's birthday. Highly, highly recommend C3 Wellness! We will definitely be back!

Touch of Gail, what a pleasant surprise! I purchased a Groupon 3 pack of 70 min massages (60 min…read morerelaxation + 10 min scalp massage) and man am I glad I did! Gail gives, hands down, the best massage I've ever had, including the massages I've had in resorts and in Asia! With that said, it's not the nicest place I've ever received a massage, but her modest room is comfortable, clean, and very relaxing. You'll enter into a small receiving area and led into her room (kind of like a bedroom). The room itself has the massage bed in the center, is dark, and has a nice candle and little waterfall thing where you can hear running water. The massage - the woman's hands are magic! Great pressure and she really works out all knots. She spends the first half of the massage on your back and then moves on to the backs of legs then flips you over to get the fronts and arms. The scalp massage isn't my favorite and I usually opt for an additional 10 mins of massage elsewhere. Most of all, she is a sweet and hard working mother. Very professional, very courteous, and made me feel very comfortable and valued.

I always appreciate when a therapist doesn't ask me a million times during my massage if the pressure is good, if I like what they're doing, etc. I told Gail at the beginning that I was a relaxer and liked the quiet, and she said "as long as you let me know if you don't like something, that's fine with me". I was able to just relax and enjoy. The only problem is that I wished it had last 2 hours longer, and that I could afford to go every week! I will definitely be visiting again whenever massage therapy is in my budget.

I purchased a Groupon for 2 Brazilian waxes…read more Firstly, it was difficult to make my initial appointment for my 1st wax. I called a few times during business hours and nobody answered the phone. They don't have a way for you to make an appointment online (I didn't need a consultation since it was a Brazilian and a pre-purchased Groupon so I didn't feel like I fit that criteria.) I finally was able to make an appointment and it was easy. Making the 2nd appointment was easier and I was able to make it after the 2nd call earlier in the day. On my first visit there was someone at the front desk, but on my 2nd visit nobody was at the desk and the aesthetician had to leave a session she was in to greet me. She was professional, but someone should've definitely been at the desk or there needs to be some type of program in place to ensure people are greeted when they arrive. Had I not had an appointment, I would've left. The space is calm and all of the staff were extremely friendly and inviting, but like many of the other reviews mention they are a bit pushy with their products. It didn't make me uncomfortable, but I can see how it would be a turnoff to many others. Although the space is calm it could use some updating, but overall it was clean. My biggest complaint though is the fact that they use wax strips and not the hardening wax for their waxes. I've been getting waxed for a while and greatly prefer the hardening wax to the strips. For one, the wax is much warmer much longer with the strips and that's a sensitive area already. Also, the strips I find to be a bit more painful than the hardening wax. It's hard to get all of the hair gone and be precise AND it's messy! The aestheticians that I had were both really precise and professional and did an overall good job. I would've been much more pleased though with the hardening wax. Overall, it wasn't a horrible experience, but I wouldn't return for a wax.
