Tim and Veronica at Blink were incredible. I've lived in 15 or so states and over 20 cities and I've never experienced a level of precision, explanation, help and curated work than I've had here. I'm not an audiophile, but a friend of mine who is a DJ chastised me for living among cavemen because I had a Bose soundbar. These 2 have single handedly changed my life. They came into my home, looked at everything from spacing and furniture placement, potential obstructions, building materials and size and listened to the Bang and Olufsen speaker I had previously bought and showed me truth where previously I did not understand it to exist. They walked me through every aspect and took into account what I listened to and the form and function I was looking for. They installed my system yesterday and I haven't been able to leave the house since. I don't care what city, state or country I move to, they will have a customer for as long as air passes through my lungs. This place is where you need to be if you care about feeling music or watching film in your soul rather than thinking of it as an ancillary measure. I can't wait to give them more business. I will speak to my love for this company and proselytize about this place for the remainder of my natural life or until my mind is placed in robot encasement haha. I recently had a fantastic experience at Blink Hi End with Tim and Veronica. I was looking for a speaker upgrade and heard amazing things about Kroma speakers from Spain. An audio buddy from the UK heard Kroma speakers at hifi show in the UK and he said the sound was mind blowing. His 2 friends who were with him thought the same and the hifi show reports of this system raved about it. After researching the brand I decided to call Blink. I spoke to Tim and he discussed the various Kroma models and which models might be a good fit for me. He asked me about my room size, my equipment and my tastes in music. Although I live in California I was intrigued enough to make a listening appointment at Blink and fly across the country to hear these Kroma speakers. When I arrived at Blink a few weeks later, I first listened to the Fink Team Kim speaker which I own at home to get a baseline. The Kim's are a fantastic speaker and an amazing value. We then switched to the Kroma Macbeth and within about 30 seconds I felt I had found my dream speaker. It was significantly better than the Kim's which surprised me as the Kim's are very musical and engaging in their own right. We then listened to the Kroma Jovita which were fantastic as well but I decided to go with the Macbeth as I thought they would be a better fit for my room at home. I bought the Macbeth and Tim shipped them out on a pallet the next day. I received them a few days later and to say I'm thrilled with the Macbeth's performance in my room is an understatement. As I write this I'm listening to Nina Simone and it feels like she's in my room. The Kroma speakers have a level of realism and an organic and natural quality which is off the charts. Most important though it's their musicality and engagement factor which is unprecedented in my experience in 35 years in the audio hobby. I think it's due to the Kroma's cabinet made of Krion ( an inert material like Corian), their superb AMT ( similar to a ribbon ) tweeter made by Mundorf and the fabulous, low distortion Purifi drivers and of course the crossover design. Overall, the experience at Blink Hi End could not have been better. Tim and Veronica were both friendly, no pressure and they really knew their stuff. I recently visited Blink High End for the first time with the intention of upgrading my speakers. I walked in without an appointment (I should of called first) but I took a chance of just hoping to speak with someone. I was pleasantly welcomed by Tim, Veronica and Kyle who took the next 2 hours out of their busy day to introduce me to the "Fink Team" speaker brand. While Tim was getting to know my current component setup, Veronica and Kyle were busily unboxing Kim stand mount speakers. I was very impressed with these speakers, however I wasn't completely convinced that they would fill my listening room (a front to back space on the 3rd floor attic). Several visits later (this time, with an appointment) Tim then introduced me to Borg speakers and Kroma Atelier. Both were absolutely stunning. The superior craftsmanship and technological advancements in speaker manufacturing is highly apparent in the speakers that Tim sells. In the end I decided on the Borg speakers, since they produced a bit more base extension. From that point they were delivered to my home and carefully carried up to the attic, (no small task but Tim and Kyle made it look easy) my old speakers were packed-up and taken away. The process of building a high end dedicated listening room can take a long time and be very expensive, but whether you have $1000s or $100,000s to spend you will always have a wonderful experience both learning about and listening to Blink High End's product line. Blink High End helped me complete my dedicated 2.1 setup by installing a Perlisten subwoofer to compliment my Perlisten monitors. During my initial conversation with Tim, he asked many questions about my room, my electronics, my musical tastes, etc. to better understand my situation. I provided pictures and a room layout which gave him the background he needed. We discussed the various subwoofer options and once the decision was made, the order process was seamless, and I was kept notified of the progress via texts and emails. I intended to drive to their studio and pick it up when it arrived, but Tim said the installation was included, so I happily agreed. Tim and Veronica provided outstanding in-person service by delivering, installing, and setting up the subwoofer until it properly blended with the monitors. They spent nearly two hours with me fine tuning everything using multiple music selections, so everything sounded perfect regardless of the volume setting. They both provided excellent advice throughout the process. The best part was Tim and Veronica are two of the nicest people you'll ever meet in this business. We talked about music, hobbies, vacations, etc. They took genuine interest in me and my wife during their visit and that made the whole experience well worth it. read more

I had the most awesome experience in the Blink studios. If you are a fan of music, as I am sure you are if you came to read about this store, you will love the ambience of the place. I have years of experience listening to concert classical music and am also trained to some extent classically and was shopping for my first high end audio system. I was able to quickly book an appointment with Veronica on the phone the same day I called. I was welcomed to the beautiful studio in camridge, with a grand piano, which is played by the owner Tim. He has versatile knowledge ranging from jazz and classical piano to music theory and music production, making me really trust his knowledge of speakers and sound. I was quickly shown the speakers that will fit the budget range and there was no pressure at all while I was listening to the music I wanted to hear. I was of course blown away by the quality of sound and was able to decide very quickly on the purchase. I revisited the next day and made the purchase decision. Delvery was made the day after. Tim himself brought the system in his car amd helped setup and layout, giving detailed advice on how I could improve the sound. What I really liked about the experience was that they did not judge me based on how much money I was willing to shell out and treated me very well. All this is besides the great quality of the products they have. This will hopefully establish a long term relationship with the store as they have a huge number of high end audio products including pre amps, DACs and CD players. Thank you Tim and Veronica... This place. Employee refuses to really engage with me about item I'm interested in, even though they stock and sell it, because they sell a version that costs 2x more. Continually asked about budget. I asked about comparing two different items and the reply was "if you can afford it buy the more expensive one." Terribly unhelpful. It's clear what their priorities are, and it's not educating buyers, it's all about how much you're willing to spend. Go elsewhere. read more

I purchased a pair of KEF Q500's here a few months back to replace my iQ3's (still love those speakers, but needed something a little larger for the new living room). Well, you couldn't believe how cool the studio is and the audio equipment they are using. I've been there twice just to enjoy their music there. And it is free. Haha:) And I noticed that studio also sell those high end audio equipment, but seems that they just sell to people who really enjoy high quality music at home and are wealthy.
