Not nearly the same experience this time around. I love my blinds and they look great. And the few with flaws were replaced, no questions asked. But, this franchise seems to wipe their hands clean of you, after you've ordered. I would have thought that the woman who sold me the blinds would show up for installation, especially given that a third party did their installation. (Just to reassure me, the customer, and make sure that everything was satisfactory!). But, nope. I also would have thought that she'd be more communicative about the replacement blinds and installation. When the replacements were to be installed, I had to call and confirm and ask what time. That should not be! They should call me with an approximate arrival time. I also wasn't given notice as to when the second 50% payment would be charged to my debit card. I happened to check my online banking and realized that she had charged me. Given the significant amount, a heads up would have been nice. Thankfully it was in my account. Overall, the customer service was not up to par with my Budget Blinds experience last year in a different state. But, I do love my blinds and the price was fair.

Our most recent experience (in 2021) with a different drape company cost us twice the amount per window, took nearly three times as long to have the drapes made and installed. What's worse, is that I'd call four times and leave a message before I would receive a call back. Norma is amazing to work with. She is very responsive. She came to our home with countless fabric and trim samples. She counseled us on fabric, styles, colors and hardware. Erin was a delight from the first phone call setting up the first meeting at the house, updates for scheduling installation, payment, and even getting a quote WITHIN THE HOUR AFTER KEITH CAME TO THE HOUSE?? UNHEARD OF. BRAVO. Very outstanding company. There was a hiccup in the factory but they got everything fixed in a timely manner. I really appreciated the day they came back it was raining so they brought in a ton of runners so they wouldn't track water or dirt into the house. They wiped everything down and vacuumed! The team that came out was so nice, the turn around was faster than expected. My fiancé and I are so happy with their work and love that it's increased the value of our home. When we moved into our new house this past December, we knew we had to have the same shutters again and didn't even consider going to anyone else other than The Shutter Guy.
