They were pleasant, organized, and professional. They worked as a team and completed the project in a timely manner. Great product, excellent service, professional, friendly,knowledgeable...Had 2 shutters installed in the master bedroom; one of the panels had one tiny staple that wasn't right (normal eye wouldn't have noticed); they installed BUT pointed it out and already ordered the replacement piece--which was here in less than a week. They also took the time to quickly look at my other 8 windows (4 different types) and give me a general assessment once they were done with the install. Loved the upgrade so much--they are coming out to do all of my other windows. For those with pets--this is the way to go.
