The owner said the cherry smoke one was the most popular and gave us a couple of samples. It is the kind of sausage you eat cold on crackers and I loved the wonderful texture/flavor. And was very inexpensive...about $3.90 for one rather large sausage. They charge by the pound. If you are doing a charcuterie board for a party or just want a nice protein rich snack option I would recommend. Prices were quite low and comparable to what you pay at the Greenfield GE. We left with a condensed milk swiss roll, some frozen Tibetan flavored dumplings and one of the sausages.
