My only question is: why do they close at 4:00 PM? The salsa was so fresh and authentic that the flavor is far superior to any jarred variety. Sold in small plastic tubs, you might think to overlook them, but boy... that even speaks to how good they are. Walking around the shop, you can watch fresh tortillas made on a very authentic and manual process. You can also open the garbage cans of peppers in the back to see the "by pound" varieties of every spicy pepper in existence.
