We recently ordered take out and everything was fabulous! The vegetable tampura was amazing and the chicken fried Rice was perfect not over spiced or sauced. The Kung pow dish lived up to its name for those that like spicy hot dishes , and the chop suey was very tastes, they have sweet ant sour chicken "balls" which are chicken pieces lightly battered not the giant balls with a tiny piece of meat, and real sweet and sour sauce . The lemon chicken was amazing aswell. The diced vegetables were a huge hit as well, we will definitely be ordering out and dining in again! read more

First review ever. Heard good things about the food, ordered tonight and 2 and a half hours later it has not arrived. Called after an hour and a half and was told it was on its way. At the 2 hour mark called back where I was told they were just leaving with our order. The customer service has been horrible between the lies and refusing to correct the situation where I was offered a discount on my "next order", I told them that was unacceptable but didn't push for anything more. No matter how good the food may be there won't be a next order. This was for my mothers birthday and we went hungry for entirely too long, the decent thing to do was to give us an update which they didn't even consider doing. read more

The food was amazing and EXTREMELY fresh. We ordered the egg rolls, orange chicken, and chicken pad Thai. Everything was perfect. Their menu is extensive. They don't have it online, but we were able to find a picture of one on Zomato (the new Urbanspoon). They didn't give us a menu with our delivery order... but someone should get a hold of one and take a better picture!! The deliver guy was pretty rude when he arrived at our hotel. Japanese and Chinese Cuisine. Quaint and Clean. Mostly takeout but with a few tables at the front. Love the Chicken Fried Rice. Spicy Tuna and Salmon rolls are a delight. Lobster Roll is just going on the speciality menu, I got a free taster, and Scots love anything free, eh. I came here last night for the first time, with a friend. He said very good things about this place, so we drove down this way, so I could get to experience it. I was craving for sushi and he said This place was the spot! Reason for the 3 stars? The customer service wasn't that great.. they had a little boy (about the age of 9 years old) bring cutlery to the table.. I said thank you and smiled at the little boy and I didn't even get a smile back or a "Your welcome".. If your going to have your children work for you, at least have them prepared to give good customer service as well.. Anyways.. that's not the point. he's just a child, I don't blame him.. it was awkward and totally different.. I don't know.. They didn't ask us how our meal was, actually the chef I believe is the husband? He cooks Very Well! The food here is delicious! And he actually came out and asked us how we were doing (HE was very nice by the way).. but why didn't the server do that? All she was doing was taking orders.. she could of asked us? I finished my first pop and I wanted another one.. where was anybody to be found? In the back.. so again it got awkward and I had to go up to the cashier and seen the little boy sitting there, staring at me and I asked him for a pop (he got it for me) didn't add it to the Tab.. so I'm like.. These people aren't paying attention, are they? Here is what I ordered: Sweet Heat Sushi - Very good! I'd come here for this roll alone and be Happy! Very tasty and good! Red Snapper Sashimi - it looked fresh but was slightly grainy.. I only ate one and my friend ate the rest of it.. I wouldn't order sashimi from here, but that's only me.. the sushi here is better. Teriyaki Salmon - Very good, I would order it again and everything tasted Fresh amd it was on a bed of Bean Sprouts (I love bean sprouts) which is great! I had a few of my friends rolls, it was the chefs special roll but I didn't care for it to much, they torched the top of it and I hate torched sushi, the taste is always off, in my opinion, it's just not for me. It's unfortunate I didn't get to experience the Great customer service, that everyone else got, except for me and my friend.. he even was contemplating on tipping.. I had to tell him, to do it either way (I always tip no matter what) but he wasn't to happy about the customer service.. yes the food made up for it, but always give the Same Customer Experience as the next, because you never know who's going to walk in. I recommend this place for the food but hopefully you go on a day where they are in the mood I guess? Then perhaps maybe better customer service? I cannot stand Terrible customer service. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I have eaten from here a few times, and have always had a great experience. Last night I ordered Cantoniese Chow Mein, Chicken Balls and Chicken Fried Rice. The food was well below par. The chow mein noodles were hard and crunchy (have ordered this many times and they were always soft), the chicken balls were so hard I could not bite into them and the rice was horribly dry. I called to ask for a replacement or a credit and they told me that I was wrong that their food is always perfect, they never make a mistake and to have a good day and hung up on me!! Small family run business offering freshly made Sushi and Chinese food. It's nice to have the flexibility to order from both menus at one meal. Be prepared to wait a little if they are really busy, but the food is worth it. Their house specialty rolls are awesome. read more

This was my first experience with this take out place. The food was okay, just the comments from the owner Mei was uncalled for. We had some idle chit chat and then she proceeded to call me spoiled which was unnecessary. I had originally tried to come on the Monday, but they were closed due to being with their kids for the summer. I had tried to get an apology out of her the following day but she proceeded to get a total stranger (Mark - one of her regulars - as he put it on the phone) who then thought it had something to do with the translation and training. If it hadn't been for the RUDE comment, I might have returned here as a repeat customer, but now I am not sure....most likely not. read more
