She took absolute excellent care of my hair. It grew like weeds in her care. Michelle chose an appropriate relaxer for my desired & hair type, and she ensured my relaxers never burned. She was usually able to get me into her chair on time, with natural delays here & there. They worked with me when I had an issue that caused me to require cancellation at the last minute. I also like their equipment and the seating was comfortable. I'll say that some of the stylists are really not good about replying to requests for information, and I usually had to call the salon to get a reply. The website is decent but really needs to be updated. A detailed FAQ section would save potential clients a lot of time. Both of these issues are easily fixable, though. Parking was usually fine & stress-free and it's on a major bus line. Although I'm taking a different direction with my hair, I definitely recommend this salon for folks looking for a permanent salon home.

I have followed up multiple times and she has ignored every single one of my emails and phone calls. That was in July and I have since given up on hearing back. This soured the experience for me and left me with picking up the entire $750 cost while I'm already dealing with high costs of treatment (my insurance would have reimbursed me half the cost of the wig). Beauty supply store wigs are almost always overpriced for the quality, and this place is no exception. One thing though...be prepared to maneuver. The aisles can feel tight because there is SO much stuff packed into the store, and when it gets crowded, it definitely feels crowded.
