Sometimes you can find good deals on wigs but some of the items I frequently purchase like Jamaican black castor oil, Shea Moisture, Carol's Daughter and Kinky Curly Knot Today products are at least $3-5 more expensive here than at other stores, which means I never buy them here. Maybe this is because these are more natural hair products (no sulfates, no parabens, no mineral oil, etc) or they're in high demand, I'm not really sure why they cost so much here. The makeup selection is good and they have really good pricing on perm rods, combs, brushes, etc. Just look out for the severely overpriced items because they are many in this store. I will continue to shop here for certain things but I know better than to buy others. It is what it is, ya know?!

I am taking off one star because I visited one day... spent about $100 and came back the next day spent about $80, but I was given a savings punch card...so many purchases you get something free or a deal on something. So my brow was raised, why didn't I receive a card the day before!? I could have easily been well on my way to receive the reward. I asked the associate what's up? She suggested I talk to the lady in the wig area, I assume she was the boss. I went over to that area and she was nowhere to be found. Interesting! I typically end up here because this is one of the closest beauty supply stores to my house. There is this one guy that works here who just totally creeps me and my daughter out sometime to the point that I no longer let her visit here without me. He has never said anything inappropriate. One time he thought my daughter was my sister and he was kinda looking at her so I had to let him know "back it up, she is only 15". Now as far as the products go they have quite a few BUT they aren't as up to date as other beauty supply stores in this area. They need a serious supply update as far as the tracks, wigs, etc. go. Other than that they are ok to go to if you need to grab something real quick. Prices are reasonable. Store is small and tight. I like to be able to stand back and look at the hair and shop around a little before making a final decision but there space is so small it is very hard to do that. So my daughter and I ventured in here the other day because we were looking for more idea so what to do for her hair. I swear as I walked through here I heard "angelic music" because it was like a "beauty supply warehouse without that dingy warehouse feeling". The hair products (wigs, tracks, braids, etc.) are all up to par and updated. I saw hair in here that I haven't seen in a LOT of the other local beauty supply spots. The accessories for hair are awesome. Prices are extremely reasonable. The people running it can speak and understand clear English. They don't make you feel like an "unwelcomed thief" in there store. If you want to steal this IS NOT the place to do it. They have no problem with snapping your picture (even if you make it out of the store they will go to your car and take a picture of you in the car, your car, plates, whatever) and POSTING IT ON THE FRONT DOOR OF THE STORE TO LET YOU KNOW "WE GOT YOU!" LOL I love it! We literally spent about an hour just taking our time browsing and soaking in all of the cool stuff they have. You need it for your hygiene, fly style, they got it! Check the ALL SALES FINAL rule as well on your items. S..... first said I can exchange. Then they said it's no manager named S... at the store. Then S....said she works during the weekday so they don't know. Then S...says the head manager won't allow an exchange. To lose a customer over six dollars is crazy.
