My girlfriend got deep wave hair from them here said it was okay. I decided to buy hair mainly because it was close to me and I needed it soon. I got three bundles of "raw" water wave. It is literally the WORST hair I have ever had. I spent almost an hour detangling the back because it was so matted. Huge chin is of a matted mess. ***Update *** It's been a few weeks and believe the 1 star comments . The hair gets knotted up which makes it shed more when wanting to detangle but after it gets DRY... & you do something to it... it's okay for a good 25 mins then it's back to the drying EVEN if you put biosilk.. Deep conditioned it with what they recommended, It did not work lmao. You honestly cannot save bad hair. They said they would give me a frontal piece to replace, but why deal with the same issue. This hair is just trash. Sheds all day , EVERYDAY even when you barely even touching the hair. They taking forever to respond or figure something out. I want my $$ back. FR. Can I give this company no stars?? Because this is absolutely the worst hair I have ever came across in my entire life! I made a review because the owner asked me to so being polite I did! BUT LET ME TELL YOO ABOUT THIS PERUVIAN DEEP WAVE HAIR! I bought three bundles in April.. wore it for 3 weeks and it turned into a matted dread lock! I mean literally there was no saving the hair or detangling it it was absolutely destroyed my hairstylist could not even detangler it for me. So moving forward I really loved how the hair blended with my natural curly hair but the actual quality of it seems like it's mixed with a horse hair or something because I have never in my entire life experiences with any type of hair. But because I loved how it blended with my hair so much I decided to give it another chance thinking that maybe possibly I just didn't take care of the hair the right way. So I came back, bought another three bundles and told them about my experience and he told me oh did you try to put silicone mix in it... Sir I did everything I could possibly freaking do to this hair!!! So I bought another three and here I am writing this review again three weeks later and my hair is matted up once again and it is almost impossible to remove these tangles, I understand that curly hair does get mad it up because clearly I have naturally curly hair but this is absolutely unacceptable and I will never ever give them my business again. I wouldn't recommend shopping here.. Per the owners words.. The lengths vary and are not consistent! I went in looking for a 4x4 closure wig but left with a lace closure wig. The Sales rep stated that there weren't any available so she could give the next best thing (feeling so good.. that I planned on returning to make another purchase the next day).I made it home and then I inspected the wig closer.. the lengths were inconsistent throughout the entire wig. It also started shedding immediately and I hadn't had it for 24hours. I contacted them and they said come back in the next day. I did.. but the owner was completely rude! Now I'm a Johann and Kendras Botique girl but I needed something sooner rather later. When I tried to exchange the chopped wig for the correct length.. I was told that my only option would be to pay the difference or to take the 4x4 wig.Probkem was, that in order tocancel an appointment less than 24 hours you typically will have to pay.. 4x4s do not require an appointment to install its simple you just cut and go. Seems like the rep made a mistake that they should have honored.  Or at least admitted that she did in fact make a mistake THEN I would have felt comfortable with paying the additional money. Instead when confronted the owner made it seem as tho the worker unknowingly gave me the wig.. or I stole it...??!! This small business represents the epitome of unprofessional. The owner hung up on me (while on hold) and on his Sales rep in front of other customers and myself. He also stated that he would rather "fight" with the CC company because im complaining... but im not understanding why this had to be a fight? Anywho.. they have that awful wig and I sent the recordings of our interaction to my CC company to assist my dispute. I have recordings of the conversations but can't post here.. I WAS a loyal customer for many years. I recently purchased a 22 inch full lace front and with in a week the hair began to tangle really bad. This was a sign that the unit was old and the hair was not good. I contacted the owner and explained what I was experiencing. He suggested some products to use and told me to call him back with the results. Despite being aware of exactly what to use on human hair I followed his instructions and contacted him with outcome. My expectation was a refund or a new unit. He didn't offer that, instead he offered me 50% of a new unit. I couldn't believe it. Needless to say I will no longer support this business. I received hair from this company that I can't use due to it being tangled when I bleached it. They claim it's grade 9A but the curl pattern was messed up. Then when I to the company to see if they could exchange the hair they said no. I spent $500 on hair they I can't use again. I just know not to support this business again. read more

I ordered from this company on July 30th, 2021. I was so pleased with the customer service at the time and the fact the brought the hair straight to me. I dyed and colored my hair that night and it took so well. I was so impressed by the way the curl kept and the hair had no shedding. I got my install done on 08/1/21. On 08/10/21 I noticed a lot of matting and shedding with my hair. I went to my stylist and she gave me a silicon treatment. The hair still continued to matte and shed. When I contact the company I sent pictures explained how I took care of the hair. ( I followed all the instructions to take care of curly hair) I called them on 08/14/21 and spoke with someone who was very understanding and polite she told me that she is waiting to hear back from the vendor to resolve the issue. On Monday morning I still had no answer from anyone and I had to call numerous times to speak with someone. I then spoke with a male who again said he would get back to me. He did not, I had to call and text. After numerous calls he then texts me and said sorry for the inconvenience but I wore the hair so they can not exchange or refund my money. I called again because I thought it was very unprofessional to text someone this especially after I have reached out and was very respectful to everyone I spoke with. He then texted me back and said the same thing. He also asked me how I maintained the hair and I in detailed explained. This is not my first time having a weave or premium hair. I received no response from him. My stylist reached out to them and they responding with the same question how did she maintain the hair. This is not my first time buying premium hair. I have ordered hair from well known companies and I have weave hair that lasted longer than a year. I took my chance on this company and was highly disappointed in how the did not rectify my issue. The fact that the hair matted and shedded so fast and early is evident this was a horrible grain of hair or batch and does not met their company standards. At first I thought they would send me new hair due to the pictures I sent and how quick I contacted them after buying the hair. They failed at this. I lost money and time on this company and received nothing for an issue that could easily be resolved. I understand sometimes vendors send bad hair so I was trying to be patient to see if they would send a new batch. Again the failed and I am highly disappointed.
