I had an amazing time for my bday and Dj Chris's playlist was lit! Ky the bartender and the security guards were amazing as well! I definitely felt safe, entertained and served well at the VIP area which is also well worth it! They have selfie mirrors with lighting for the ladies and another camera thing where you can send it to yourself, which was also cool! I would love to visit again! #blendultra #blendlodi #buzzybooth

Parking was easy because it's off their little downtown area. Entrance is down a little walkway and you are greeted by a pleasant smile and welcome. It's a quaint little bar and dance floor. Music was bumping and drinks flowing. I do highly suggest you pay for bottle service and a table. We were seated right next to the dj booth. Perfect! Our server was attentive and made sure we were taken care of. She even danced with me a couple times. Ambiance was great. There is a dress code, the guys need to confirm that before going because they told one of our guys he needed to keep his jacket on because his long sleeve shirt went against dress code. Bathroom woulda been clean had someone not thrown up in the smaller stall early in the evening...she probably started early and was day drinking..lol! Our crew closed the place down and we wouldn't mind coming back.The dj had the whole place going until the very end. They need to keep him on rotation! It says a lot when you don't want it to end despite your feet hurting from your heels...lol!

Cool ambiance, fun dance music, great service and amazing cocktails. A group of us came in dressed as Mrs. Roper from the 1970's show Three's Company and the bartender put on the theme song from the show and played all the music we requested. The other patrons were really nice and loved our vibe. read more

Very fun night on a Thirsty Thursday. Half priced drinks from 8-12AM on Thursday and the music was so great. It's a nice sized bar and friendly staff. The white gummy bear drink was my favorite it was so sweet!! read more

How is a shot the same price as a cocktail? They overprice whoever they think they can get over on. How did I pay 14$ for a cocktail and 14$ for a shot? That's a 3 ounce difference. Little did they know I'm a bartender and I know when they try to get over on people. Not worth it to go over there for 8 people being turnt in the LOUNGE. How is admission free and yet it's 14$ for a shot? Just go to faces in Sacramento! You'll save on gas money and alc!!! Atmosphere is lame. Definitely not that same as it used to be, they are all about money. 50$ for 3 shots of a pink taco is insane!!!! Should've just stayed at Ollie's lol. read more

The staff there was so freaking amazing it was my sister's birthday. They took the time to make sure we were taken care of and that we were always safe and having a good time. My husband and I were looking for a safe place to spend New Year's Eve, and we stumbled across this sweet place! I don't even know where to begin, as soon as we walked in we were greeted with smiles and nothing but friendliness. The bartender Alexis made top notch drinks she was very attentive and so are the rest of the staff. The bathrooms are the cleanest public bathrooms I have ever been in. They also played great music. 10/10 would recommend this place! read more

Had a great time. Staff was attentive, music was . I think the only downside is they close at 2am but they kick everyone out at 1:30am. They force you out so quickly, I tried to go back in to use the bathroom before 2am and they refused to help me out. There are no other restrooms open in the area as I was from out of town. Other than that I had a good time. read more

Went in on a Saturday night very busy packed venue. Super homophobic place. I was told in order for me to use the mans bathroom I needed to "whip out my dick and show me" to one of the security guards, and he proceeded to inform me of different bars in the area that allowed "those people" in. I have never in my life been asked by a staff of a establishment to show my genitalia in order to use a bathroom. Horrible! read more

We rented this facility during the day time for my son's graduation party. I can't rave about it enough. I wish I could give it 10 stars. Michael and Alexis were so easy to work with and so accommodating. Alexis went above and beyond the day of the event, and I can't honestly thank her enough. After reading some mixed reviews, changing my mind a few times about eating here we finally bit the bullet and did it! And boy am I happy that I did! The restaurant is nice, it doesn't look much different than it did when it was first opened as a brewery back in the day. Our server greeted us promptly and was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She was also very attentive. We were quickly served bread and waters as well. They have a good selection of beer, wine and other beverages. My husband ordered the Blend Burger which he was really happy with. It was cooked like he asked for it to be and the fries were really yummy! I ordered the roasted chicken which was VERY good. The chicken was cooked perfectly. The brussel sprouts with bacon that came with it were also VERY yummy! The pureed sweet potato tasted good but I wasn't a huge fan of the consistency but that is more of my personal preference than any problem with the food. We will definitely be back, its a great atmosphere for a date night. The prices are very reasonable as well. read more

Meet the Business Owner: Michael T.

I have been in the restaurant business since I was 14 back in 1988. I have always had a passion for this industry and seemed to grasp the values of great customer service right away. I worked in restaurants and nightclubs through college in Sacramento and decided to stay in the Industry and see how far I could push myself. I worked throughout Sacramento at some of the best venues around and was given the opportunity to move to Las Vegas to work for the Maloof family at The Palms Casino. I stayed in Las Vegas for 8 years honing my skills and waiting for the perfect opportunity to move back to Lodi to be closer to my family.

It's contemporary and the furnishings are quite comfortable. It's the type of place you can settle in and have a casual meal without feeling rushed. Prices are high yet the quality is excellent. For the first evening at the bar we settled into a high top table. You can sit at the bar, lounge type seating or outdoors on a pleasantly shaded patio. They had an expanded bar bites menu as the main restaurant is closed on Wednesdays... most of it quite enticing. We opted for cocktails to start and I chose a specialty Date Maple Old Fashioned. It was really good with a large ice ball to chill it. For bar bites we shared the pork belly sandwiches (small, delicious but messy to eat), the sausage skewers (amazing!) and crab cups (refreshingly light and easy to eat). After cocktails we had glasses of a light white wine, made with Santorini Greek grapes. For the next meal in the dining room the place was a buzz with activity but conversation was easy without a lot of excessive noise. It's intimate and the room is quite pleasant for a gourmet meal. We started with cocktails (same Old Fashioned) and shared the grilled Brussels Sprouts which were plentiful and ever so delicious. They were slightly over grilled for my taste yet it didn't distract from me enjoying them. We got bread which was a baguette with butter and the consistency perfect for a French style loaf. For my entree I debated between the scallops and the pork chop and went with the chop. I was quite pleased as the chop came in thick slices and drizzled with a tarragon mustard reduction sauce. It was amazing, tender, juicy and at 22oz I couldn't finish it all. It came with a tasty apple sauce and grilled seared cabbage. Absolutely delicious. Ed, celebrating a birthday, had steak which came with a huge bowl of mashed potatoes which I tasted. Oh my gosh, the creamiest potatoes ever! For dessert we shared the cheese plate, a really great way to end the meal, with glasses of a twany port. All of the cheeses from a brie to a hard cheese were top quality. Service both times was very attentive, professional yet personable. We were well cared for and everything went smoothly. It's expensive yet the experience and value is worth visiting. Her customer service skills were absolutely superior from start to finish. Handling a group that size is not easy, but she moved effortlessly the entire night and never once seemed overwhelmed. Katie was personable, upbeat, attentive, and had an incredible personality that made the whole experience even better. She went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of, drinks stayed full, orders were right, and the atmosphere stayed fun and relaxed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. This was my third or fourth visit here, and all of the waitresses have always been awesome, but this was my first experience with Katie--and in my opinion, she is the gold standard of customer service. She turned a good dinner into a memorable experience. If you visit Falcon's Lair, I highly recommend asking for Katie. She's the kind of employee every restaurant wishes they had!

I really enjoy coming to blend. Dj's play the best of music. It's a wonderful place to get your groove on and vibe too. Definitely my girlfriend and I favorite place to come to on the weekends when were looking to enjoy ourselves. The atmosphere is great, bartenders are awesome, management makes sure everything is running smoothly, and security really ensures a safe environment. Just 2 weekends ago I came to blend, but was told I was "86". Apparently they said I had gotten into a fight last month which the 8th of September was the last time I came. I tried asking for more information, tried calling various times to figure it out and was just completely ignored and could not get a straight answer. One thing is for sure is that I did not get into a fight ( I don't even know how to fight). All I can say is WOW! I was blown away by this venue and it's amazing food. I was a bit hesitant to try this restaurant by the previous review on yelp, but I gotta say I think the person who left the last review is a bit confused. I know Lodi is a bit conservative but cmon, we are in the 2015s. If our city is going to grow and join the 21st century, places like Blend are much needed and very welcome. Great drinks and food in a new exciting atmosphere is all anyone can ask for. I say that if you are tired of the run of the mill eateries and sick of going to chili's then Blend is definitely worth the trip. read more

Was shown to my table and told that Alexis would be right with me. she arrived and promptly told me about a soup special and offerd me a glass of wine or other beverage. Man, this place was good. I had underestimated the quality of food before I tried it. The fried asparagus was spot on, with its crunchy batter. I could barely taste the asparagus, which is good because the I don't really like asparagus. The shrimp were flavored perfectly and the lime complement the other mix of flavors.
