Her customer service skills were absolutely superior from start to finish. Handling a group that size is not easy, but she moved effortlessly the entire night and never once seemed overwhelmed. Katie was personable, upbeat, attentive, and had an incredible personality that made the whole experience even better. She went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of, drinks stayed full, orders were right, and the atmosphere stayed fun and relaxed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. This was my third or fourth visit here, and all of the waitresses have always been awesome, but this was my first experience with Katie--and in my opinion, she is the gold standard of customer service. She turned a good dinner into a memorable experience. If you visit Falcon's Lair, I highly recommend asking for Katie. She's the kind of employee every restaurant wishes they had!

The security Diesel was also super friendly and made us feel safe, Everyone went above and beyond, and you can really feel the positive vibe as soon as you walk in. They seem to keep their bartenders around for a long time. they're really good about remembering who you are. In addition they do have some food on site and in a pinch not too bad. There is a parking lot at the back of the restaurant which is where this bar is located. It's a close-knit bar, but it does get a decent amount of people inside! The drinks are delicious. I highly recommend Jalapeño Business (mezcal or tequila, cucumber, jalapeño, agave, fresh squeezed lime). SO refreshing with a chamoy tajin rim. I also enjoyed The Nightcap (vodka, bailey's, cold brew, coffee liqueur). The bartender was very friendly and made the drinks quickly! You can also order food (since it's connected to a restaurant), and we ordered gyoza and shrimp tempura which came out piping hot and were both delicious. Definitely stop by if you're looking for a chill bar to get a drink, it is a small space so just be aware your conversations can easily be heard by others. Not a problem if you're friendly though!
