It seems that…read morethe quality and customer service at most Panera's has dropped while the prices have really increased. Today we went to this location, primarily for a loaf of sourdough bread. I waited as the woman behind the counter was very brusque and impatient with two servicemen (in uniform) and then with a young couple. All told, I waited 15 minutes. There are two registers but only one person was taking orders. When I finally approached the counter I asked for a loaf of sourdough bread, and was told they couldn't sell it to me. I asked why and was told they needed it for their sandwiches. They had the bread online and I was looking at two full loaves, but they would not sell it to me. I then asked about a loaf of their ciabatta bread, and again was told no. I was planning to order some bagels and cookies, but I just walked out. We'd driven 12 miles, parked, waited in line, only to be told that products I was looking at were not going to be sold to me. A friend gave me a $50 gift card for Panera, but I gave it to a homeless guy at the traffic light. I will not be back.

I did get excited about the selection of flavored teas and lemonades-- only to discover that they were out of everything except the tropical green tea. I genuinely hate paying this much for a salad and having it miss all the marks. But I'm not interested in being placated here by a customer service representative. Maybe just do some re-training for this location. Everything should be so fresh, and cut correctly. And when your only drink selections are water and 6-7 teas and lemonades, it would be nice for at least half of them to be functional. As someone in culinary management, that would be a pretty solid move on y'all's part-- looks like a lot of the reviews reflect similar experiences, and this *should* be a high volume location.

I like getting my seasonings and spices here, opposed to the grocery store, because it is very fresh and hasn't been sitting out for years upon years on end. There aren't a lot of raw vegan restaurants down south of 45, but surprise, surprise, Natural Living has raw vegan onsite. I've only eaten there twice, and due to the limited hours throughout the week. I am only able to get down here on the weekends in the morning. I frequent Nokturne more as a vegan restaurant in CL, just due to the simple fact of the flexibility of hours. At Natural Living, I ordered the taco salad; it was vegan meat crumbles and veggies. There were more veggies than meat. A limited amount of dressing to lather the veggies, so it made the salad a bit dry, but tasty. I loved the peanut butter cookies on sale. They were my favorite. I love that they have a food fair program for organic fruits/vegetables from local gardeners. I'm not a big fan of organic anything as I feel that it is more of a marketing gimmick, but if others care about that, that's a perk. The program is very affordable. I've personally never tried it, but I always wanted to. The ambiance can be a bit off; the staff is sometimes nice, sometimes don't want to be bothered. The apothecary side of things system is just grab jars of what you want, and they weigh it, put it in baggies, and you pay for it. However, things can get complicated when there a multiple people on the apothecary side and there is nowhere to wait since the whole building is tight and small. Now the pricing; this establishment isn't the cheapest, but when you factor in the value of what you are purchasing with the quantity of goods, then you are getting a solid deal. They sell crystal jewelry, and parking is across the street. I always tell people I'm going to the apothecary, and when they Google it, they can't find it, so it is definitely a hidden gem. I would have given them 5 stars across the board, but with the very limited hours not good for the working class working between 8 am - 5 pm; they close at 6 pm, closed on Sundays and Mondays. I hate that, but I will continue to only come on Saturdays.

Was very disappointed in my first visit here. They are extremely stingy with their ingredients. I ordered a plain cheese pizza and there was only a thin layer of small patches of cheese. I asked for more and the guy barely put a pinch in one spot. I was too embarrassed to ask again so I just proceeded to the register. My husband also had to request more cheese and pepperoni on his because they only placed 4 actual pepperonis on the entire pizza. And finally, my mom requested meatballs on hers and received only one. She asked if she could have another and they just ignored her and moved it toward the register. My husband's pizza was burnt on the bottom, and mine was in a few areas on the crust. I didn't really see a timer for the cook time on the oven, so I'm not convinced it's a consistent cook time for all. The crust is very thin and lacks quality. I gave 2 stars because I liked the taste of the sauce and they serve Coke products. I will continue to go to Pie Five down the road which has heartier toppings, cheaper prices, and friendlier staff. read more

I have been and still am a HUGE fan of Blaze pizza which is why I am writing this review! The staff at this location has always been extremely friendly and helpful. Pizzas come out extremely quickly for us! Today I decided to venture out into unknown territory and try the Keto crust ( for an additional 4$ which I thought was steep but might be worth it) and boy was it an adventure I would pass on a second time. The crust seemed decent at first bite, but it did not last. After the first bite, the crust was falling apart. Crumbly, somehow tasted crisped but underbaked. Spongey and pockets of flavor that massively overpowered the toppings, or just sponge. I'm generally not a picky eater but I passed on over half of my pizza out of disgust. I like to eat healthy, but it has to taste good as well! Overall, excellent space, service, and staff, but to me a tasteless sponge should not be a $4 up charge! read more
