Employees are kinda rude....stood around several minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Then when clarifying how to order employees became demanding. Went in there a couple of days ago with the fam. Daniela was the person to make my pizza she did very good job adding toppings and all that. Blaze Pizza is good food. The problem I have is you had slow service tonight! I was inline 20 minutes before closing. Get all the way up to the counter to order and the young lady tells me there closed! Very bad customer service right there! If you have a cut off time post it or lock the door so I can leave and get something elsewhere! read more

I am writing my review after one single visit. I will update it after my return visit. We stopped in for pizza before a movie. We walked up to the counter and stood there. A young man greeted us and asked if it was our first visit and we said, "yes". He said the young lady standing next to him would take care of us . We looked at her and she looked at us and didn't say a word. Finally, the young man tapped her and said do you know what type of pizza you want? I told him I would build my own and the girl repeated me and said, "so you want to build your own?" I don't know if my patience was just really short or what, but I was a bit annoyed. She finally asked me what I wanted on my pizza which got the process going. After we prepped our pizzas, we grabbed our drinks. I was disappointed that the tea was a bit weak and they did not have any sweet n'low. However, I must say that my pizza was good, hot, and fresh. I liked my seasoned crust which was big deal because I am not a crust eater, but I killed it. Will I go back? Yes. I hope that the staff has it together upon my return. read more

If it had to choose between Blaze or Mod pizza I'd go with MOD. the agua frescas were okay, ingredients are fresh but the pizza was just underwhelming. Our family is very loyal to Dan's Pizza. But when I received a coupon from Blaze in the mail for a free pie, I figure I didn't have anything to lose. My wife was out at a PTA dinner, so I decided to take my boys and grab dinner. It was excellent. We raced our way through the free pie, so I returned to the line to order another. Thin crust, but not too crispy (there's a fine line). Ingredients tasted fresh. The pies are not filling. But they are cheap enough where everyone can get their own. We had two one-topping pies split between me, a seven-year-old, and a four-year-old. The kids really liked the lemonade selection. Friendly, attentive staff. Clean. I've given this place wayy to many chances. Yes they are new, and I'll excuse the fact that it takes on average 15 minutes for me to receive my pizza when it technically should only take 90 seconds for the pizza to cook, and then maybe 2-3 minutes for them to prepare my pizza. But it's not good! It's essentially the thin crust pizza you could get at Chuck E. Cheese's or personalized Little Caesar's pizza. Check out Pie Five instead! read more

Me and my big brother went here for the first time two days ago, Blaze Pizza didn't disappoint. Blaze Fast Fire'd Pizza is much better than MOD Pizza; they have a wider variety of toppings and sauces. Sure they only have two types of crust to choose from, but they're made fresh and have a nice crunch and chew. You can actually see workers behind glass making fresh pizza dough while you wait in line and decide on your order. The pizzas are made similar to MOD Pizza, the workers ask what you like and how much toppings you want while they make it in front of you. Our pizzas came out hot, but we had to get it ourselves when our names were called. Their lemonade and juice blends are homemade. I saw that they have s'mores "cookie sandwiches", so tempting. I'll try them next time. Verdict: fresh ingredients, pizza served hot, friendly service, casual atmosphere, affordable and endless combinations of pizza you must try. read more

Never been to pie five or mod but I've been here multiple times and have been happy every time. Can't beat unlimited toppings for $8, and the ingredients are super fresh and flavorful. Their aguas frescas and lemonades are awesome and the staff was super nice. Looking forward to trying the other fast fired pizza places around, but this place is a new staple when I'm looking for a quick, cheap, and tasty lunch around Baybrook. Love it. read more

Horrible rules. Total bait and switch. They had a deal where if we buy a 25$ gift card we get a free pizza the next time. Easy right? We ordered two pizzas only to find out a new rule, the two pizzas cannot be paid for with the gift card. We didn't want the free pizza, we wanted the pizza with the gift card we would pay cash for. This is illegal in Texas. Will complain to higher authorities. If some one has a gift card from your company, you have to honor it. You can have rules if u want to give the free pizza or not, but u cannot say you can't use the gift card. read more

My fiancée and I enjoyed this place very much; pizza needed a bit more cheese but they were happy to add more for us upon request; we ordered the "simple pie" (aka: cheese pizza) for only $5; they only offer one size that I'm aware of however it's typically enough for two people; we will certainly be returning. read more

I love this place because of the vegan options! But It really just took the employees 30 minutes to get through 5 people in line before they could get to us and when they finally got to us I couldn't understand them because they were sluring their words and couldn't speak up.
