Make Build Your Own Pizza (11-inch) X2

The restaurant didn't appear to be slammed but the employees were obviously stressed and overwhelmed. They were out of two ingredients I asked for (black olives and pineapple) so I got Kalamata olives and green peppers instead. When my wife ordered hers they put ONE CRUMBLED ARTICHOKE on hers. I asked them for more than that bc that is ridiculous. The customer in front of us couldn't redeem her points bc the point scanner thingy wouldn't work. Don't get me wrong, the employees were super polite and trying. But it was chaos. Our food was excellent- the happiest guy was the one cooking the pizzas. (Probably bc he didn't have to deal with everyone running around like flustered hens in a hen house). The patio area was peaceful and a great place to eat. Inside was stressful. The bathrooms were super clean. Straws and lids weren't stocked in beverage station. Wifey Tip- during the whole month of October you get a two topping pizza (11") and a drink OR dessert for $10. Best deal ever! You get to pick your sauce and cheese!

It's Pi day! You can buy a pizza for $3.14 per person, but you must be present to claim it. We had to wait in a long line for an hour and a half, but it was worth it. Good pizza made exactly the way I want it. The crew did a great job staying organized and keeping the line moving along. I loved the sound of all the happy people and the music. They have several crusts, Original, Gluten Free, Keto and Cauliflower. They have several sauce and cheese options, including a vegan sauce and vegan cheese. They have all kinds of toppings, including a Soy Chorizo. They have salads, a meatball dish, cheesy bread, pesto garlic cheese bread, cookies, S'mores, and brownies. I just wish they hadn't closed the store at 36th & Peoria. Then I would visit more often.

    Simple Pie (11-inch)

Ordered a Simple Pie. There was more sauce than there was cheese Asked for a little more cheese and she told me I would be charged for a 1 topping pizza instead of a simple pie if I wanted more cheese. She was extremely rude and then the pizza is burnt and black on the bottom. Couldn't even eat the pizza because it was so burnt.

This was a great Blaze Pizza location with great service and pizza. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this Blaze location.

Not a huge fan. I went knowing what to expect and told the workers that I hadn't been there before. The first guy was helpful but when I got to the end of the line, the two girls weren't very helpful. I had to ask for ranch a few times. Couldn't find straws. Waited a while for our food and watched a long line form. I got the gluten free pizza, and it seemed pretty fresh. Very thin. Not bad, not great. I did love the fresh mozzarella! Busy busy location. Corner spot. Dysfunctional entrances and exits. Plus is the price and ingredients.

    Shredded mozzarella and sauce options.

I wish they had built this closer to my neck of the woods, but it's a good stop for dinner when we're in the area. Blaze is basically the Subway of pizza, meaning you can customize your pizza as you go down the line. You can add as many ingredients as you like, all for one price. Choose your crust (regular, thick, or gluten free), your sauce, cheese, meat, & veggies and it's whisked away to a super hot oven to bake to pizza perfection. When your pizza is ready they'll call your name, and you can pick it up at the counter. This is the point where you can ask for ranch or any sauce you want as a dip (yeah it's Oklahoma, we dip pizza in ranch. Why is that weird to some people?). Each pizza is a good size to split between two people, or each order your own and take half home for later. They have to-go boxes near the drink station if you need one. If you need something to go with your pizza, they also have salads and desserts available. Several seating options available, with outdoor seating when the weather is nice. My pro tip: sign up for their email list online. They will send you coupons and coupon offers that you can redeem through their app. The best one so far was a buy one, get one free pizza coupon - heck yeah!

I had never been to blaze pizza; I have been missing out!!!!! I got a cheese pizza for my kids and I had them make another pizza with all kinds of toppings on it. I can honestly say I have never had pizza this good before. The establishment was very clean and I can't say enough good things about the staff!! They were so friendly and incredibly helpful. I will 100% be returning for more delicious food!!

Much like Ava June, everything is a little funky here--not in a bad way, just different and unique. We started with cocktails; she had her usual Old Fashioned, but ordered it as a "normal", with Makers Mark, I had a glass of chardonnay (subtotal $28). She put her Makers Mark Old Fashioned near the top of the best in town ($2 extra for Makers??). We frequently split meals, so decided to share a Little Gems salad, which was VERY good. There are only a few salads in town that I like as it's just not my thing, but this one was super tasty. For our pizza we went with the limited edition Cubano as I love a good Cuban sandwich and have a tomato allergy. They did a good job of converting a sandwich to a pizza, though I thought the toppings were a little sparse for $22. I would have preferred that the pickles have been chopped into something smaller than the thick slices it came with (so it LOOKED beautiful). The best part for me is that they offer a fresh-made GLUTEN-FREE rosemary dough!!!! It was absolutely THE BEST gluten-free crust I've ever experienced hands down. My wife said that she would order it even though it's g-f. The vibe was just good, pretty crowded with a mix of generations. The space is fairly small and tight, so be prepared for the possibility of sharing a table. So if you followed the math above (which should be easy if you knew me!) it was $65 plus tax and tip, so $100 for a pizza and salad dinner.... Would I go back?? I wouldn't rule it out given the fantastic gluten-free crust, but would likely consider somewhere else that I consider a better value before beating a path back to Lofi.
