Great pizzas, however the manager wouldn't take one of the coupons I had because my friend had already ordered her pizza and I was supposed to get mine free. A good manager would have waived my pizza and taken the coupon. So I still have my coupon, I guess it was a good learning lesson for me? This is possibly the weirdest review I've ever written. Every time I've been in there which has been many, the employees and I mean ALL of them are focused , engaged and clearly wanting to give the best service and are obviously proud to work at "Blaze". Today when I ordered online I made sure I had cash to tip the employees. When I got there, I was informed there is no longer tipping allowed. I am appalled that people can work and work and work to make sure that we are taken care of but are not allowed to receive a tip for services rendered and tip is an acronym "to ensure prompt service", Which they always do. I discussed with other people in the facility and they were as angry upset and surprised as I was. I think if you're going to be a good partner in this community you really need To bring back the tipping that the employees so earnestly deserve. read more

We haven't eaten yet but there are ants all over the first 3 tables. They're on the first trash can, on the wall, on the chairs. It's kinda of a trip. We let them know and they just put a wet floor sign on the table. No attempt to fix the problem. read more

Blaze Pizza is my favorite places to get pizza! Their pizza is the size of a medium pizza from anywhere else, for half the price, and with as many toppings as you want. Layla Hughes made my pizza for me; she was really nice and chipper. She made my pizza just the way I wanted it, and it was great! I definitely want to come back! read more

Pizza here is extremely good, unlimited toppings are the best thing ever. The service was great and my order was taken pretty quickly considering there was a bit of a line. I think this is the perfect spot if you're a pizza lover, I'll likely be coming here more often. read more

This is one of our family's go to restaurants. The prices are unbeatable and everyone's able to customize their own pizzas. Layla did a great job on our pizzas and was very helpful. There is nothing fast about this place. It took 30 minutes to order and 30 minutes for food. Like previously stated, this place is SLOW.

The pizza is consistently very good, nice crisp thin crust, lots of fun toppings, and super affordable. But if you're in a hurry it's a little dicey. Love the product and price, but coming in at noon on a Tuesday, just a few people in line, and it took forever. Understaffed...a very nice young lady working hard to make pizzas and scoot back and forth to the register. Kudos to her, but get her some help! read more

After endless hours of driving my family and I were hungry and needed somewhere to feed our selves and our two small children. We really a place to sit and enjoy a meal. With only a few minutes left before closing Makenzie and the staff welcomed us in and insisted that even though it was so close to closing time on New Year's Day that we could come in, take our time to relax and eat. Having never been here before Makenzie walked us though the ordering process and was very considerate of our child who has food allergies. We made three different pizzas and also had the dough knots. My gosh. Blaze's terrific pizza - one of the most customizable pizzas I've ever ordered, at an exceptional price - sets the bar pretty high. My only regret was eating it in my car and not savoring it at the pizzeria. The aguas frescas (I tried the passionfruit) are a refreshing substitute for soda or beer (which I obviously could not have while driving) - not too sweet and not too sour. Blaze knocked it out of the park, and I'm delighted to know about their pizza for future visits to the area. read more

Let me start off by saying I really like the food here. My 3 star rating has nothing to do with the food. However, the inefficiency is horrible. Yes, they've gotten a smidge better, but we've been to many other similar pizza chains and they can get your pizza made so quickly. Watching the employees assemble your pizza is painful, could they move any slower. Like a snail, no sense of urgency at all even though there was a line. Another time there was a line and only one person assembling pizzas, yet I could see 4 employees behind the kitchen door enjoying their food. I get they need a break, but not all of them at once. Lastly, every time we come in, the lack of friendliness and customer service is the worst. Not a hi, nor a smile. Except, Raul and Julia, every time we come in Julia is outstanding. She's efficient, conscientious, friendly and so helpful. You need more employees like her. I hope the owner cares enough to listen to this review and make a change. I usually go to blaze 2 to 3 days a week . always that's a good service. this last Thursday I was with my husband around 7 pm and was a little line nothing crazy, in front of us was a gentleman super upset because he was saying he need to way for long time on the line . I went to Blaze today, and was so impressed with the customer service I recieved from an employee named Brysan! He was so sweet, kind, helpful, quick, and seemed to be really great at his job! He made my experience really positive, and made me feel like this is a place I want to come back to. Thanks Brysan for the great experience!! There was one drawback to my experience... the young man who was supposed to be the manager on duty tonight, I think his name was Dillon... was very rude to the other employees. I also watched him go into the area where they make the pizzas, while eating something, holding his cell phone in one hand, and without any gloves on, or washing his hands start waving his bare hands over all the food, pointing at things. He then walked back out of that area, and went and sat in a corner. It was very unsanitary, and unprofessional. I would expect more from a "manager".
