Everything is very slow here. The employees work with as much excitement as an 80 year-old going to his colonoscopy appointment. Could also be and look cleaner. All Blaze Pizza locations are not the same! Im used to California and Arizona locations which get 5 stars. The food is not the same here. The gluten free crust that I am used to is not the same. I wasnt expecting a keto crust which tastes different and has different texture than the gluten free Blaze Pizza crusts that I am accustommed to. The service, well, I can confirm some staff do have an attitude issue, well it was only 1 out of the 3 that I encountered. No patience at all. Dont assume I already know what I want when your menu differs from other places. Maybe she was having a bad day, I should not judge. The Blaze Pizza taste I was craving went unsatisfied. I liked my experience in Blaze, but the airport one is kinda different. For starters, the service isn't as great as the amazing service in the Mason location. And the price point is higher (which I expected since it's the airport). I had a make your own pizza pie, with normal crust. And opted to put in veggies only. Since, it was kinda late, their veggie options were depleting. The only ones abundantly available were onions, corn and green bell pepper. The taste was fine, given the situation with toppings. Why all the hate on Blaze Pizza? Is it because it's at the airport and people just think that it has to be bad because it's airport food. I did see some of the reviews comment about the service being very slow. Contrary to everyone else's experience, we actually had a pretty good experience. In fact, we were quite surprised. We were looking for something to eat for breakfast and definitely did not want Subway (which was across the way). The other option was to trek all the way to the bagel spot when we noticed that hey, Blaze has breakfast folds! It didn't seem like they were open but when we saw it on the menu and walked closer, we were helped by some friendly workers. They explained what a breakfast fold was and helped us order away. We were able to stuff them quite a bit. Think of it like a pita or almost like a quesadilla because of the cheese. Put any toppings you want, even chorizo which you couldn't see out there. It was quite yummy and huge! A great find for breakfast and I will definitely recommend it if you're looking for something different. read more

I see the mixed reviews on this airport restaurant. I will say, they were exceptionally slow - however, they were kind, patient with the long line, and the pizza was delicious. We had a long delay so were in no rush. My son and I shared a half cheese, half pepperoni pizza. It was hot out of the wood-fired oven and perfectly cooked, and we got a warm chocolate cookie to go with it. read more

The concept seems really great. It's like a chipotle but with pizza and salads. I ordered a pizza with 2 toppings. I think the pizza sauce was very bland and there was too much cheese on my pizza, because it made the bottom of my pizza soggy. My pizza was a little burned on one side a d not cooked enough on the other side. I'm not sure how that happens, but a little bit of a miss on the execution of this place. Blaze needs to get this franchise under control. I've eaten at a ton of build-your-own-pizza concepts in the past -- this was the slowest service I've ever seen. The two employees working the line were taking several minutes to add toppings to the pizza -- something that should have taken less than ten seconds per topping. The result was a 20-person line that took half an hour to clear, resulting in a ton of unhappy customers. The manager had no time to manage because he was busy prepping dough in the back due to understaffing. Blaze needs to either find a new manager, or fire the entire staff and find employees that actually want to do their jobs. read more
