So i've had 2 separate experiences with Blaze Pizza, both of them were dissapointing. The first experience was related to a former employer of mine, who thought it would be a good idea to order Blaze for the entire office, as it was in close proximity and not a place the office had ordered from before. We ordered a substantial amount of pizzas. I don't recall the exact number, but this was a pretty stocked office, so I can understand the task given may have been heavy. My boss picked up the pizzas and returned to the office, only to find that every pizza was incorrect from the original order given. This was an order that did have special instructions, which i'll allude to later. When my boss returned to Blaze to explain the mistake and get the order corrected, the manager of this Blaze decided that it was the right call to DISCARD all the pizzas we ordered straight into the trash. We were not allowed to keep the mistakened pizzas, and the food was subsequently wasted. Top that with the fact that the correction to the order would take the staff another hour or so to complete, and my boss was fed up, requested and secured a refund for the order, and took Blaze Pizza off the list for food rewards for the future. This second visit to Blaze has me write this review in the hopes that something can change with the Blaze Pizza process. I want to ask these two questions. What is the point of having an Online Ordering program on the site where you choose a time for the order to be ready, when you still have to "check-in" with a cashier for them to even start cooking your pizza? Why not make that apparent right when you go to order instead of AFTER you order? It makes no sense other than to make sure the pizza is fresh when you get there, but if I chose a time to pick the pizza up, shouldn't it be ready or finishing up at that selected time anyway? And back to the Special Instructions. I gotta say, a more malicious part of me wanted to think the staff just didn't read the instructions on the receipt when I got my pizza last night and AGAIN, the order was incorrect. However, on further inspection, the special instructions on the receipt is SO TINY that i'm not surprised if a staffer who is rushed won't see that and make the pizza accordingly. What if someone has an allergy and they are sharing a half and half pizza with a friend, and the order is messed up? What if that person gets an allergic reaction because the Special Instructions text on the order is so small and was ignored on accident? Overall, to anyone reading this, here's a protip. Go in person, don't order ahead or online. Have the staffer read back to you your order, as they may not get it right the first time in the case you have special instructions. I will say the food is about par for the course though, the menu options are a plus, I like the variety. In my honest opinion though, you're better off picking up a larger 2 topping pizza for the same price point at any major pizza chain than here. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ read more

This has been my go to for a long time. Great pizza toppings, and drink options, and staff is friendly. However, I apparently can't order on food deliver apps though. The pizza i got was missing 4 toppings, and those that made it on the pizza were so skimped out on. So apparently if i'm not there in front of them to make it, they use it as an excuse to do a really poor job. During these times, im trying to stay distant as much as possible. But I learned my lesson that employees become lazy if you're not there to watch them make your food properly. read more

I love pizza and Blaze makes some damn tasty pizza. Build your own is whatever toppings you want for the same price, which is great. For anyone counting calories (or just curious), they show calorie counts for all the ingredients. Too lazy to do the math? They have a calculator on their website. Pizza comes out super fast too. If you're thirsty, try the blood orange lemonade! Everyone working there always seems to be in a good mood, and they do a great job too. BLAZIN' Saddles!!! On my quest to uh n in the Anderson Mill area and my other quest to find a pizza place that is FRESH and delicious. I wondered up on Blaze pizza on 183. My first look was on the web. I noticed that they had already build pizzas in the menu so I pucked one out, grilled chicken. It had all the things, as cutie, Bruno Mars says, 'good for you I like that". One thing was missing artichokes. I added them to my pizza and waited for the price to rise up!! WHAT??? adding a veggie did ni change the price. I paid on line and got a pick up time at 5:05. Well it was not where. I THOUGHT it was, my bad. When I arrived the pizza was waiting for me, it was cold. Which means, they were on time, i was not. WhenI got to the car I looked at my pizza because the smell in the car gathered my hunger to one place, stomach. By the time I made my 10 drive, because I knew my way home, i had eaten 3 slices. My first thought was i have ro double back and put this place on speed dial. The other thought was , what will my husband eat if I finish it off. I had to hurry home and warm a piece up to see what it would have tasted like, had I found my way . It was the bomb!!! Reasonable, Delicious and super clean. A ++. This is a new place so a 3 star rating may be a little hard on them, but I'm hoping it gets their attention. The people are very nice and friendly and the pizza is delicious. However, the staff need to be trained on two things. 1. Speak up! The music is blaring so talk loud enough to be heard. If you are going to be in food service you've got to have the confidence to interact with the public. 2. Put some stuff on my pizza! Do these people even eat pizza? There was so little cheese on it I was shocked and had to ask if that was all. I had the Link In and literally got 6 small pieces of sausage. There were two entire pieces of pizza with no sausage even on them, and the rest had no more than two small pieces each. My wife had to practically force the girl to put more artichokes on hers. *update* I brought my son in, who has celiac disease and can't come in contact with any gluten. The employees did amazingly making his pizza with no cross contamination at all. My son loved it, and the crust was pretty good (GF crust is difficult to make taste good). All I had to do was ask for them to use new ingredients for the sauce, cheese and pepperoni and they were more than happy to accommodate. Thank you so much you guys. Came in for the first time. Everyone was helpful, great prices. Pizza is awesome. Definitely recommend the build your own option. Definitely coming back another couple hundred times. read more

Update to this review. Blaze contacted me and they made it right. Considering it was Pi Day I can understand that everyone was probably a bit tired now that I look back on this. I still go there and they are a decent place. I've gotten consistently better service since this last time I was there. Let's hope Pi Day goes well. This place is terrible and the service is the one of the worst we have experience in months. We got there at 10:00pm and they had one hour before closing and the people working there did not seem to care about the clients coming in or anything else. The floors were very dirty, the people preparing the pizzas were throwing the ingredients and unfriendly. I highly discourage anyone from going to this place unless you want to be treated like trash. They burned my pizza and my son's and they did not seem to mind. We requested another one just to see that they ran out of cheese and did not seem to care to refil. Overall, a terrible experience and Kait and Sam were the worst representatives of this business. Ate lunch here today with some girlfriends. We were all very pleased with our pizzas. All the ingredients were fresh. The dough was amazing. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We dined in and the staff made sure to check on us, without being annoying, throughout our visit to ensure our trash was taken away and we had to-go containers for our leftovers. When this place opened -their pizza was great, out of this world good fired pizza. Today was the fourth time that I got a pizza that was not cooked properly. Soft mushy and not crispy. Cheese barely melted. The last two times I asked that the pizza to be cooked a couple minutes longer. No they didn't do it. AGAIN...Besides that, tonight the girl at the counter doesn't listen. My husband and I shared the build your own pizza with the spicy red sauce, pepperoni and loaded with veggies. Sauce was great, veggies were fresh and crust was crispy the way I like it. Also had the tomato and mozzarella green salad. It was okay but the recommended dressing didn't have a lot of flavor. Not bad just nothing to get excited about.
