For a young adult he was very professional, personal, kind and patient. No car salesman haggling. When talking numbers he wasn't pushy but willing to make the effort extra effort and see if we can try to meet within a reasonable agreement. I also had a pleasant experience with Bobby, their business manager. He as well went over and beyond by processing my lease application and getting me the best bank that would fulfill my monthly payment agreement with Sammy. End of day I walked out dealership as a happy new lessee on a 2026 Kia Sorento X-Line SX. After being turned down for financing at multiple dealerships due to our credit situation and significant negative equity on our trade-in, we honestly didn't have high hopes when we walked through their doors. From our very first meeting, Sammy Medina and sales manager Mark Deal made us feel welcomed and understood. Rather than dismiss our situation, they took the time to truly listen to what we wanted and needed. After our initial consultation, they spent about 45 minutes running preliminary numbers and came back with several realistic options. What impressed us most was that they presented the choices without pressure - they simply laid out what they felt could work and let us decide the direction we wanted to go. Once we selected a few options, Sammy and Mark truly went to work for us. By the end of the process, we drove home in our second-choice vehicle - a beautiful new 2025 EV6 that turned out to be more than we had hoped for, with a monthly payment that was actually less than what we had asked for! I bought a new car in August 2023 from these folks and had my first issue in December of that year. Every 6 weeks, like clockwork, the key fob battery totally drains. It has left me in some very dangerous situations. I spent two years in and out of the shop trying to find an answer to this. They've given me loaners and still can't find the issue or figure out the problem. I asked for a list of the work and diagnostics done on the car and was given a single sheet of paper with the basic diagnostic list date stamped the first visit. I do not believe they have tried to troubleshoot this issue at all. I think they are charging corporate for the loaner and then not touching my car. I have given up on the idea that this dealership will ever help me with this. I wish I hadn't bought this car from them. I have never regretted a car or my relationship with the dealership more. read more

I have to say JB was a pest but actually I'm glad he was. I was able to turn my K5 in early and get an amazing vehicle in exchange. I was over in my mileage, and he wanted to get me into a new vehicle I was really hesitant, but he was very confident that he could get me into something that I would like. I recently went here not certain exactly what car I wanted. Mark Deal greeted me and made me feel welcome. He brought me to Tau and they asked questions like budget, driving patterns, and things I did not like or want. Since I was interested in used car they went through their inventory and Tau came up with several options of different kinds of cars that fit my parameters. He let me test drive them and I found the one I had been searching for without even knowing it !! Purchased the vehicle without any "pushy" attempts at upselling. He asked and when I said no, he moved on. Both of these gentleman and the girl in finance made this stressful situation so easy and pleasant. Purchased the maintenance package and tires for life and we are moving out of state. Unhappy to find out that they will not honor this program at any other Kia dealership. Was then gaslighted and belittled when I was upset and told I should have read the contract and that I'm the only customer ever who has purchased these packages and been upset and not known they weren't transferable or refundable. That's funny. Just read the reviews to see it's clear they leave that part out. Offered no solution or help or even compassion I was upset. There's other places out there to get cars and I wouldn't recommend these people to anyone. Sleazy practices. read more

I had a horrible experience with this company sold me a lemon suv had major electrical problems steering wheel drops while driving spliced wires making the service suspension light to come on the sensor broken on the tires all with in 20 mins driving the suv off the lot reach out to the company about the issue number of times to get no where I was told to take it to GMC and get it fixed it's your problem not our since the truck is in your possession spoke to the sales person Leo and general manager Mathew and Jamie who was all nasty to me hung up the phone on me didn't return emails in a timely manner took 3 day and still was nasty took the SUV to GMC and needed about $3000.00 in work and had to rewire practically the whole suv due sliced wire and malfunction and broken parts there staff was terrible and I had to fix all the problems and the suv still needs $3,300 more of work save yourself the problem and don't buy a car from them stay far far away because you will be scammed trust me I had up to the roof with theses people I had to hire a lawyer to sue this company because these are all safety issues and I was basically told go fuck myself by the dealership but trust me I will see them in court and ran my credit 8 times without my permission read more

When you go to sign the paperwork, don't take anything they have to offer. We had this guy named John who uses fear tactics to get you to sign up for service packages and extended warranties. Like an idiot I advised my daughter to take the gap coverage. According to John, it could be cancelled at any time. We called to cancel after finding out that our insurance company would charge $25 per year as opposed to $26 per month for what Blasius was charging us. It's still not canceled. My poor daughter. Now I'll have to take more of my time and aggravation to set this thing right. Wish I had read the Yelp reviews ahead of time. read more

After negotiating a price on a used car, I was presented with the agreement, The trade- in amount was 500 dollars less than agreed. The agreed price was presented with financing which would cost about 1/2 the savings that I negotiated. I was told that the financing could be paid off at any time without penalty. I emailed them that I would pay it off at the same time the car was picked up-saving the interest. They did not balk. When the time came I arrived with the price in full. I was told I could not pay it off then. When I walked out, they brought the price down, without financing, to the agreed amount. There were several chips which were to be taken out, they were not. The car came without a manual. When I complained I was told that this car came without a manual, that they told me everything in it( 342 pages) and, finally, that they thought I did not want one. I was eventually told that they would get one for me but, I never heard from them again. In my opinion, I believe that much of the issues were the fault of a terrible salesperson. Of course, they may run much deeper than that. I would never buy a car from them again. read more

I had good experiences with Blasius Kia before they moved to a bigger building. After that, I noticed the quality of the customer support from the service department slowly going downhill. On one visit I needed to have an alignment done on my car and when I left I noticed a constant humming noise a week or two later I took my car to a local mechanic because I had a low tire pressure light on. The local mechanic told me the tire was leaking air because my tires were not aligned correctly. At the end of the day, I had to pay $900 for everything that was wrong with my car. The local mechanic confirmed that it was due to the alignment not being done correctly. I went back to Blasius Kia and showed the service department the paperwork from the local mechanic and the service tech noticed also that all the damage was due to a bad alignment. He asked that I give him a few days to speak to his manager to make this right with me. I gave copies of all of the paperwork from the local mechanic. A month or so later I received a call stating that they will not try to make this all correct and that they don't have to because of how the local mechanic wrote the work order that was done to my car, it leaves their hands clean. They used the local mechanic's words against me which leaves me to question if they even aligned my car in the first place. Also, makes me wonder if they are not honest with me. On this occasion, are they honest at other times? I would tell anyone that I cared about to never go to Blasius Kia in Watertown. Protect yourself from dishonesty! read more

I'm writing this for my daughter she went there took a half hour out of her work went down there with my wife tried to make a deal with the car went through the whole deal after an hour and 45 minutes of being there they just tell us after calling them and speaking to them do they had this car they tell us it was sold last night Then they don't even offer us in a turn it off. That's their fault they should eat some of the money. It seems that is similar to Waterbury dealership a bunch of BS. The worst experience I've ever had purchasing a car. The sales person couldn't get my insurance straightened out so I had to do it on my own. The financial manager cracked a "joke" about the Jack Daniel's bottle in his desk, followed promptly by him asking if I drink. After having the car for less than 30 days, my dashboard lit up with 4 different lights and Kia wanted $150 just to run the diagnostics, and wouldn't take the (free) diagnostics that Auto Zone had already run, which stated it was an easily fixable issue. They also hit several snags with my family member's purchase, including neglecting to get it registered for the day they said they would, on top of forgetting to actually give her the registration upon purchase. The sales person neglected to tell my family member that her car wasn't ready, then didn't bother apologizing for the "miscommunication" when we went to pick up the cars (neither of which were ready when they were supposed to be). Neither car had a full tank of gas, despite the promise that they would. Multiple issues came up with both cars after purchase and no one responded to emails.
