After doing my research we decided to go with Good Life and I am so glad we did they made the process very easy. Malissa Martinez was my onboarding point of contact and I have to say she was very attentive, responsive and professional. She answered all my questions and kept me informed the next steps in the process. Emails came in daily with the updates that had been completed at my home in order to be put on the market. After that my property managment team consisted of Andrei Lechert- Kelly, Gerald Medalla and CJ Flores. Again, more professionalism with this team. Once the property was ready and we agreed on the rental price my home was listed on a Wednesday and by that weekend, Saturday, we have the home rented. It's been 5 months and I have no complaints. They have really taken care of everything and I haven't had to worry about a thing since. Highly recommend Good Life. 10 outta 10.

Alex, the owner, made excellent suggestions for a few improvements and the property manager, Carla, was outstanding with communications and referrals for maintenance services I wanted to establish. Kristen came highly recommended to us, yet we still interviewed her alongside two other highly reviewed agents. We have bought and sold multiple houses and know that getting an outstanding realtor is everything. In the interview, Kristen stood out. She came prepared, was extremely competent with her knowledge of the area and market, was quick on her feet, was an excellent listener, and was immediately able to understand and tailor her advice to our needs and preferences. In the home searching process she was extremely organized, detail oriented, and completely on top of things. She set up video calls for us to tour homes and patiently answered all of our questions during the process. In the ups and downs of searching, she was supportive and understanding and never pressured us into buying any particular house or making a quick decision. When under contract, she was in constant communication, always advocating for us. She and Todd were incredible in their ability to quickly set up all of inspections given their vast networks of contractors and contacts, and also helped in the transition post-closing. They went above and beyond in every sense of the word and we are so fortunate to have been able to buy the house of our dreams working with them. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Ten stars!!!

I'm very happy with Simon!!!…read more Renting is stressful and I was looking for a PM that put me at ease. I talked to the references Simon provided, and he soon became my top contender. He offered to be my singular source of contact and to secure a superior quality of renter for my 'home'. He is very experienced and soft spoken but strong armed. I took his recommendations and got the whole house painted, got new carpeting, resurfaced cabinets and pressure washed etc. I had a renter within 2 months of this process. (The only thing is Nobel Real Estate wouldn't lower the 'expenditure without approval' to below $850, so... ) I am really pleased with Simon.

He followed up with me for several days, and I started working with his broker. Unfortunately, his broker was not very professional. I had already put down $300,000 and owned another home that was fully paid off and worth about $550,000. Yet the broker told me I needed to put down $600,000 to buy a home priced at $850,000 . After that, I went to another broker and got pre-approved almost immediately. I qualified for the home without any problems. All I can say is that they were not very professional. In my opinion, Simon seemed focused only on money. I felt that he was trying to earn commissions from both sides. When I decided not to use his broker, my offer was not accepted, and I was told that another offer had been accepted instead. That was my experience, and it left me feeling that my interests were not the priority.

This is not what I was looking forward to by renting instead of buying. I thought it would be super turn-key to rent but this is not. I spend a lot of time making maintenance requests & it's quite a distraction to have to handle all of this on MY TIME. The management should have had all of this fixed on THEIR TIME before they offered this apartment for rent. Also, the parking stalls are very narrow, I have to crawl into the passenger side to the driver side sometimes.
