Concierge doctoring…read more In the past couple of years we were solicited for some preferred customer type of service from the doctor to get preferential treatment over the other patients. We said no thank you, and now any time we have a sick family member it takes a couple of days to get into their office. We get better service at the walk in clinic and are now look for a new practice.

I had to call them several times to hear from them - which they never called me back once. I was appointed an intern instead of a "real" doctor. It has been a week and they still haven't been able to diagnose my cause. Each time I call for result they would make excuse like they are waiting for result or something is missing. I got annoyed and ask for doctor to tell me what is the problem. The secretary said to come in the office and talk to the doctor. I go in the office, and first thing they say is to pay my copay 30 bucks. I was like why do I need to pay for a follow up or just to speak to a doctor(as per their suggestion to come in) since they never call me back. Yes, its a way to suck up the money from the patient. in short they don't care what is wrong with you, poor communication, bunch of unprofessional staff and be ready to pay to visit and another payment to hear the diagnosis. Never go there, unless you don't mind paying multiple times even for a small cause like sprain or sore in your toe.

A cystic pimple made its debut in the center of my chin just a couple days before my wedding. I was pleased to hear they offer cortisone shots to bring down the inflammation. It was so quick!! He even addressed a couple other skin concerns I had and was happy to provide me with some samples. I can tell his quality of care is top tier. He really takes the time to listen to concerns and go the extra mile. I've also seen the esthetician, Briana, here for a chemical peel and it was sooo refreshing. She was very knowledgable and fun to talk to.

Dr. Murray took the time to really examine my skin, listen to my symptoms and concerns, and help me to resolve the issues. She gave me a prescription and facewash that actually worked well for me, helped me to develop a new skincare routine, and even helped me select new makeup for my very sensitive skin! For the first time in my life I am confident leaving the house without makeup on; I am so grateful for Lizz and her team! I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Dr. Miller was my doctor from the age of 7 to the age of 22, and has been my mother's doctor for…read morealmost 20 years at this point. In that time, she treated me for various ailments, including but not limited to the the sinus infections that I got every month for a year straight, a broken foot that no one could diagnose, and injuries after a car crash. She can be a bit brusque, but she knows what she is talking about and truly cares about her patients; case in point, when she was afraid she upset my mother, she called me to make sure she was okay (with a HIPAA release on file, of course). She was also willing to go above and beyond the call of duty, prescribing birth control for me and even calling it into a pharmacy in New York when something went kablooey with my prescription three days before I was supposed to fly to California. Her office assistants are equally kind, pulling thousands of strings to get me the physical forms i needed, on no notice, to go to college. It's true you will wait sometimes. Why? Because I have never needed an emergency appointment and NOT been fit in. If you have many concerns, PLEASE tell them when you book so that she can schedule enough time to see you. Otherwise, in our insurance-crazed world, she will schedule you for 15 minutes and send you on your way....but so will almost any doctor in America.
