Totonelly, one of the finest medical doctors in the Hudson Valley, with over 30 years of experience. In my first visit to Dr. Totonelly an ultrasound was performed on both my legs which helped to identify damaged veins. I was then very well educated by Dr. Totonelly regarding the varicose vein treatment I was to receive to relieve my vascular problems. I was really happy when my Aetna insurance approved the surgery, called Endovenous Ablation. That surgery was done in the office under local anesthetic and no hospitalization was required. It took approximately 45 minutes per leg, which were surgically repaired with a one week interval between the two surgeries. In both instances I was able to walk without any problems the same day of the respective surgeries. Amazingly, within a couple of weeks after the surgeries I STOPPED FEELING burning and annoying pain in my legs. Dr. Totonelly further advised me about cosmetic Laser spider vein treatment and Sclerotherapy to both legs. I received 4 treatment sessions to address my numerous spider veins.
